Great location and very friendly staff! We booked the two bedroom room with breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and the sound isolation was great. The breakfast also had good western and asian choices. Great value for the price.

I really loves it. Hotel is right in front of Kyoto train station including Bus station. Kyoto Station do have Isetan, convenient store and small stores.

Very close to the train station, good WiFi, the room was clean, washroom available, the staff is very helpful, we arrived before the check-in time but we could leave the bags till we arrived.

Excellent location, just opposite the train station, lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. Very big and comfortable rooms, nice bathroom, very clean. Friendly staff. We absolutely recommend it!

Proximity to station and Aeon mall, staffs are great too, breakfast is so so but meets the purpose, a very good choice for those travelling with family

Close to station district but quiet. Nice common area downstairs. Great breakfast at reasonable price. Oh and did I mention FREE BEER! Also you can open the windows for fresh air which has been rare so far in hotels.

The fact that they clean the room and refill the stuff I’ve consumed every day. And super amazing location! Literally, the bus stops, main station, shops everything at your door step! I didn’t know Kyoto much when I visited but truly because of where it’s situated, I managed to get around the city even late night without worrying

Very nice room, big enough and comfortable. Everything very clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. Free water every day, free coffee, tea every day. Public bath facility was a nice plus. Good location, near the station and buses. I would stay again.

Huge room for three people, with enough space to open all ths suitcases at the same time. Cleanliness of the room. Superb and polite personnel. Temperatura adjustment of the room. Five minutes walking from Kyoto central rail station, full of resturants.

The front counter staff were exceptionally helpful and made us feel welcome from the time we arrived. Location is fabulous and close to the railway station. The public bath was great and facilities kept in good condition.

The place is awesome and central, not much noise at night, its super peaceful and clean. Altho the room is small, but its good enough and worth the price in a prime central location!

The Granvia is a comfortable and well run hotel located inside Kyoto Station. Kyoto Station is an architectural landmark and always a pleasure to see. It is also a transportation hub for busses, subways, and local train service, essential for visiting the far flung attractions of Kyoto. This was our fourth stay in this hotel. The hotel concierge service is exceptional, and I communicated frequently with my concierge contact, Saori, long before the start of the trip to arrange restaurants, and tourist visits. When she realized that we were interested in fusuma (Japanese sliding door painting), she located and identified a number of temples that were open only at very limited times, and that were not mentioned in any guidebooks.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location..only about a five minute walk from Kyoto Station. A comfortable room with good bathroom facilities. A good place to stay for a single traveller. Breakfast was reasonable value for money.

A very nice new property in a great location only 150meters from the station (no noise at all) Spacious room with a balcony, free welcome drink of your choice alcoholic or soft drinks free tea coffee and juice all day. Great restaurant on site serving full breakfast and dinner

The best hotel to stay in Kyoto! Just 3 minutes walking from the Train Station, situated on a quiet street and close to the city center and the river. The Personal are very nice and friendly, I felt like at home. Very recomendable!
