Right next to the Hotel is a very nice Shopping Mall with great Brands and a nice food court. Hotel: The Hotel itself was very very clean, the interior design was also of amazing taste. The big windows and the lighting made a welcoming and elegant atmosphere that i really enjoyed. The check-in was on the second floor and everything went flawless. The Hotel offers several restaurants you can visit, as well as in-room dining service 24/7. Room: Our Room had an absolutely amazing view of Osaka on the 19th floor. The room itself was the cleanest i had ever experienced, everything looked clean, new and fresh. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was extremely clean and everything was just on point. The TV offered a Chromecast and several other services like Netflix that i really enjoyed. Amenities: The room offered all the amenities you could need, from toothbrush to soap and conditioner. Service: The service was above and beyond. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast: The food was really amazing, some dishes are made fresh before you and the selection was great: western, japanese, european and even thai. All the meals were very delicious. The staff was quick and friendly during breakfast and i have no complaints. Overall: One of the best hotels i have ever been to, i would definitely stay here again. I really recommend this hotel.

Even the vending machine has a drink guessing game. Everyday, the kids would play boardgame concierge to get a chocolate price. One can also win a boardgame. Uou can also borrow the board games and bring it to your room. They have mysteries to be solved as well.
