The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small, but comfortable and clean. It had all the basic necessities. The breakfast bar was amazing. There was a large selection and a lot of different options. If I visit Hamamatsu again, I'll definitely book this hotel.

Where to begin? This place is value for money! The spacious, insanely clean suites had all the amenities you could think of: comfortable bed, huge TV screen, easy to use Karaoke system in English, state of the art sound system, full body massage chair. Bathroom came with a showerroom and bubble bath jacuzzi with large wallmounted TV and had all the toiletries you would ever need and even a cute mini sauna (only fits one person). The breakfast was simple and tasty and was delivered at the time of your choice. Room came with mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee/tea station and a hot/cold water filter machine. As this is a love hotel, there was also adult entertainment. Check-in was easy and quick, the staff was super friendly and you even received a welcome snack and drink. The neighborhood is rural and quiet, but I would come back just to enjoy all the ammenites again. 12/10 recommend!

夕食を外で済ませたのですが、 ホテル内のサービスでカレーを限定数食べれたそうで食べてみたかったです。

The location was great, just a 10 minute walk from the main train station and 10 minutes in the other direction to Hamamatsu Castle. The breakfast in the mornings was delicious (fyi: but difficult for vegetarians). The room itself was big enough to keep my luggage open during my stay here. AC worked perfectly and there was even a humidifier. I can really recommend this hotel!

The staff were very accomodating when we wanted to stay another night & check out late. They let us leave our bags before check in & delivered them to the room for us. They have one of the bigger rooms we’ve stayed in Japan. The free breakfast is excellent with a mix of western and Japanese available (udon, miso, curry, rice, bacon & eggs, croissant, cereal, coffee & juice).
