Itadaki Daisen is a well appointed hotel that delivers exceptional customer service, against the backdrop of its spectacular location. Danny and his team provide a thoughtful service. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious and sourced from the local smorgasbord that the fertile region provides. I will come back again to this beautiful hotel and Daisen region.

I like the location and how into the woods it is. The surrounding area is quiet and you can listen to the birds. It is just by the trail up and besides the Hitsuji stone. The place is clean and comfortable and the owners are very friendly, also Mira, the dog.

Nicely located house in green, but still touristic area. Resteaurants some 10 km away, so good to book dinner in advance. Host very nice and informative, he was happy to show us his garden.

The overall service is better than I have expected. The dinner and breakfast is remakable, served with well displayed local food. Especially enjoy the free flow wine, beer and local sake, a lot of choices. The fruit and vegetable is really fresh and tates well for both meal. I have enjoyed the view from my room and the sky lounge. I also appreciate the drinks and snacks served at the lounge and the relax room next to onsen. The onsen bath is spacious and relaxing. Last but not least, a short walk to 大成池, beautiful and tranquil spot. Good for enjoying the night star.
