Great location for accessing the airport, wonderfully friendly staff who were able to help when my friend locked out of the room and left some of his possessions in the room when we checked out. The coin laundry & onsen were very convenient.

Great staff - I mean, really good. Having had to break the stay into two bookings due to lack of a non-smoking room on one night, when one became available, they combined my two bookings into one. So I didn't have to check out and check back in again in the evening. Also the morning shifts were great with calling taxis for me. Good breakfasts, nice onsen and the room was quiet, despite being next to the lift shaft.

Exceeded my expectations. This is a very nice, well-run hotel in just the right location for a visit to Misawa City. All elements of the facility worked as expected. The coin operated laundry was perfect. The staff at this hotel are great! They are polite, energetic, and always willing to help. Personal thanks to those who helped me make phone calls that required Japanese to English translation. I am so grateful.
