Accommodation in Kuwait

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kuwait! From the moment I arrived, the experience was excellent. The hotel offers a lovely atmosphere, comfortable accommodation and the kind of hospitality that makes you feel truly welcome. Everything made my stay enjoyable and relaxing, and the staff were attentive and welcoming throughout. It’s a great choice if you’re visiting Kuwait and looking for a hotel where you can feel comfortable, enjoy good service and have a pleasant experience after a day exploring the city. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Kuwait, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Joy from reception is nice. She is very helpful. Shes a good asset to your team. For promotion if ever ☺️

Very chic and unique. Accomodating staff.

The staff were all so kind and polite to all of us, especially Ravi he was supportive and provided help to us throughout our stay, and he makes the best Karak tea. Even conon was very helpful to us

the staff was so helpfull , i am very thankfull for Ms Marry so kind and so helpfull with beautiful face also all staff

The hotel itself enjoys a wonderful location. Staff are extremely professional and go the extra mile to ensure that everything meets the customer's needs. This is true of the reception staff and room service, as well as the restaurant team. I had to check out early so needed a special breakfast package which was wholesome and delivered to my room promptly at 06.15 as requested. I nearly overslept as the bed was SUPER comfy but they provided the agreed wake up calls. I travel to Kuwait often and after an initial appalling experience at a competitor hotel, will never stay anywhere else. Have recommended to friends and colleagues. Excellent standards all round !

The hotel was excellent. Special mention for Mr. Mina in reception who was always eager to help!

An exceptional experience at the Carlton Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and hospitality that made me feel at home. Mr. Ishtaq went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring a seamless check-in and addressing every need to make my stay comfortable, while Miss Wafaa impressed me with her attention to detail—from room arrangements to promptly fulfilling any request.
