Contrary to popular belief, there is a lot to do in Kuwait for a weekend trip. There are the usual sights of Kuwait Towers, Al Shaheed Park, the Grand Mosque and the Souk. If the Opera is running, do not miss it. The city is unique and culturally rich. And the food portions are massive! Just be aware that it has the strongest currency in the world and is very expensive.

It's good place for family.
It's good place for family. Free parking all over Kuwait and the heritage city and Kuwait Towers. Food is good, cheap and better quality. Self driving I found better than UAE and Saudi. Roads are bad when compared with UAE. In general it's good place to visit during winter for 2 days.

Museums and out door activities and games for young people recommend
I feel safe and I like exploring new places I did not go

I mean, bless - really?
I mean, bless - really? Apart from the Grand Mosque, which is magnificent, although IMHO less beautiful than that of Sultan Qaboos in Muscat, the water towers can only be accessed by people who have pre-booked on a 'phone app (they didn't even accept cards) - apart from these things and the friendliness of the non-indigenous, there really is not much of note in Kuwait City.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Montrose Hotel, and it was a truly delightful and memorable experience from beginning to end. The check-in process was seamless and professionally handled, setting the tone for a high standard of hospitality throughout my visit.
A special mention must go to Mr. Binod at the front desk, whose courteous demeanor, attentiveness, and warm welcome immediately made me feel valued as a guest. His professionalism and genuine hospitality reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence in guest service.

This is my second try to the brand of Best Western Plus in Kuwait. The first time was with MAhboula branch and this time with Salmyia.
In Mahboula they upgrad me without even asking but with Salmyia they did not though I am Genius 2 and One of my tier benefits getting my rooms upgrded. The hotel i beleive was full and the receptionist apologize twice that he wanted to make the upgrade but did not have the ability to do so
The brand is luxury, you will feel comfortable in terms of decoration, amenities, facilities and premium locations

The hotel is easy to find, close to downtown Kuwait city. Staff were friendly and offered me a room upgrade to superior level with better view. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. Value for money it was a good choice.

Came from the UK to visit Kuwait. This hotel was amazing. Very clean and the staff were friendly. The room was cleaned regularly and the staff were always available for any issues.
I will definitely be staying again.

Perfect staff i’d give rabiya a raise and employee of the month, enjoyed my stay at Alkout beach hotel definitely going to visit Kuwait and stay there again at the same hotel.
