Incredible kindness with the hosts and the staff for the check in. A lot of tips, we could enjoy the lao new year with the locals near the stadium and the only mall in the city Friendship Mall which is about 5 mins walk where there is a night market, Banks and ATM's around.Yummy breakfast with eggs coffee and bread(it's not included in the room rate) 3 small grocery stores around the property, a print shop where we can stich our torn clothes. A beautiful local market to buy fruits, vegetables with a small food court, pharmacies. Local salons, night Market,street food stalls,gas stations, super markets and a lot more around. Bus/Tuktuk booking services. Very Helpful property which is always easy to move around. Usually I like this kind of properties. It will connect with the locals. Got a lot of benefits for a less price. Most favorite property in Laos ❤️ A friend recommended and booked this property for me.

The hotel was a great deal for the price. The breakfast was excellent… lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to town… we used the roof top pool everyday. It was modern, clean and spacious with great staff. One of the best deals for a hotel we have had. We really liked this hotel.

It is a newly opened hostel in Pakse, If you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax, this is it – definitely not a party hostel. The owner is absolutely wonderful and truly passionate about his hostel. He even created a personalized walking route for me through Pakse. He’s always friendly, approachable, and eager to help. The hostel itself is spotless and beautifully designed, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere AND they serve the best coffee I had in Laos! Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place with exceptional hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at Xavier’s homestay in Pakse. Xavier was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. He helped us rent motorbikes hassle free at a reasonable price and gave us tips on exploring the beautiful Bolaven Plateau. The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, and we really felt at home during our three-night stay. I am very sensitive to bugs and we had absolutely no issues with that throughout our stay at Bolaven trail guesthouse. The host even surprised us with a fantastic baguette for breakfast, which was a lovely touch. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better host or a better place to stay in Pakse. We highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience in Laos. Thank you to Xavier for making our trip so special.
