The two bedrooms appartment is on the top of the house and with the patio and the mezzanine, it is like a tiny house! So beautiful and cozy! We felt like at home. A lot of wardrobe if you stay several nights. The owner is very kind and friendly. He helped us a lot! It is very quiet and you can walk easier around for all amenities. The breakfast was georgous and so tasty!

Well located, lovely place, spotless clean and very calm, 100% can keep a privacy, such a grate place to stay friends and family, and it gives much privacy for the couples. And the bachyard is wonderfull with the paddy. Worth for money. And the caretaker was very friendly. We are hope to come again.

This was a fantastic accommodation with an amazing view. The location was really good as it was close to many restaurants and high way entrance. There was a supermarket in the building and it was a very secure apartment. The pool was very useful and roof top was an added bonus. Bedroom were comfortable, all needed items for a comfortable stay was provided. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again when I'm back in sri lanka.

The host was super friendly and professional. He provided all three meals for my parents and was very helpful. My parents had a wonderful quet stay at the accommodation for five nights. It was a comfortable stay with all needs being taken care of. I have np hesitation to recommend this place for anyone.

The house was good equipped. Enough space for a couple of people. Nice area with enough possibilities for buying groceries and so on. The staff was very friendly and the handover process was quite easy. Communication with the staff and owner was uncomplicated and fast in case of issues. Staying in the house with a secure feeling as well.

We are from Rome Italy and we started this propety its very close to Sourthen highway only 1 km to the entrence and 30 minutes from International Airport Colombo This vila is in wonderful peaceful relaxing environment. We were able to stay very comfortably and it’s very clean all required facilities available free WiFi TV hot water etc The staff is very friendly and flexible warm welcoming manager excellent continental breakfast offered Defensively we will stay at the same property on our next visit too

We stayed at this house for 2 days while on holiday. It is conveniently located closer to Kottawa Town. The property is next to a paddy field in a peaceful relaxing environment. It also has air conditioned clean rooms, full kitchen, bathrooms, etc. There is lot of space for kids to play and and strolling on the paddy fields was an extra. Host communicated proactively via the web site and gave us a number to contact for getting the key. He met us at the arrival and gave us a tour of the house. Overall extremely satisfied and great place.
