The service is absolutely outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any request or resolve any issue. The hotel’s location is perfect, within easy walking distance of the city centre. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The sauna and swimming pool are a little on the small side and are only open until 8:00 pm. However, overall, they still offer a pleasant and relaxing experience.

It is a great hotel, on a perfect location (just 3 minutes walk from the central station), all the staff were so kind and helpful and the studio room was extremely clean and comfy. Honestly we really loved it! And we found out that “Melu” was after Melusina the mermaid… check it out! And on top of everything, beautifully designed spaces, every single corner had nice details to it :)

The place was amazing - very beautiful, cosy, great sunlight, clean. Great to be able to eat outside when the weather allows! It was quiet, well located - the bus stop is super close and public transportation here is smooth and easy. Communication with the hotel was nice, they were very available. Amazing experience to discover the city!

Great location to get into the city by bus or train. Staff very friendly and hotel facilities were modern, clean and spacious. Food in the restaurant was superb, very classy. Breakfast was lovely too you have to pre order but worth while having it.

I booked this location the morning of my arrival due to issues with previous accommodation. Upon arriving, clearly flustered, at 10am, Françoise was magnificent in allowing me to leave my suitcase and offering a coffee and croissant from their breakfast service. My full breakfast the next morning was delightful. The room itself is delightful with a view over the Grund valley. The property is perfectly located next to a lift into town, and a short walk to Casemates du Bock. The room is on the fourth floor which was hardly any trouble - just bring a responsible amount of luggage :)

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The service was warm, welcoming, personal, and very professional. The staff spoke good English. When we arrived, we were greeted with a glass of crémant, given an overview of the city and what to see there, and guided to our room, which, surprisingly had been upgraded. There, a delicious little cake was waiting for us, baked for my husband's birthday, and a very large, spacious, clean room with interesting details. The bed was super comfy. We could very easily have stayed there for longer. We also had breakfast at the hotel, which was a small boutique hotel style buffet with good quality, and a great selection of delicious eggs prepared upon request. We also visited the Michelin guide restaurant and treated ourselves to the 5-course meal. It was pricey, but worth the experience. We also visited the cocktail bar and enjoyed some specialty cocktails.

We loved everything during our stay there. The staff, the service what we got - thank you Lyn and also thanks for the room service staff -, the room , the spa were perfect. The location of the Hotel is perfect, too. It is in the heart of Luxembourg. I am sure that I will return again.

The location was close to the center and easily accessible from the city center. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. They had soap with a mandarin scent, which I thought was a nice touch.

This is a great apartment! We had a great time here. The apartment is big, very well-equipped, quiet and comfortable. I was a bit worried when I saw the air-conditioner was a mobile one, but it was very strong and managed to cool the whole apartment. The host is very nice and lives close by. We definitely recommend staying in this lovely apartment!

One of the best places we've stayed! There's contactless check-in, so you can easily check in without having to wait for the hosts. Very convenient location, lots of supermarkets within walking distance, as well as public transport. The only thing is that you have to walk a bit from the bus stop, as the apartment is in a cottage town. Nice bedroom, with a lovely big window. There are also coffee capsules in the room that you can use. Very nice common space. You can cook or heat up food. There's a fridge with a shelf for everyone, a dishwasher, an oven and a fully equipped kitchen in general. And a lovely lounge area and a shared terrace.

The place is very comfy and clean, near to the Luxembourg city. There are grocery stores nearby if you want to make quick meals. We were group of four and enjoyed the place. The host is also very helpful with all the communication and guidance to the property. Definitely recommended!
