It is a big apartment, with huge balcony with ocean view. Close to a lot of bars and restaurants, and a really lovely city beach. The staff was very helpful and helped us with all of our requests. Tip: reach out to the hotel to orginize the shuttle from the airport, so you don't overpay for the taxi like we did.

Very nice and helpful staff,lovely people! Booked just 1 night and ended up staying 5 so obviously can’t give less than the top rating possible here. Location is perfect,super close to the beach. Room was very quiet (facing away from the street), AC too! Spacious, with fridge and comfortable bed, hot shower, amenities - what more do you need? Really enjoyed our stay there!

The staff were very helpful as they pointed out that we had booked a 'Art' room which was in a building that did not have a lift. They could see my wife was having trouble walking and offered to switch to a room in the main hotel building that had a lift without charge. The manager even upgraded us to a suite room (included a large balcony) to help. The room was well laid out and the bed firm and comfortable. We were asked what type of food we preferred for dinner and tried to get a booking at the best local French cuisine restaurant and also organised a taxi for our outing. Fantastic customer service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke English very well. I really appreciated the support from a particular staff, Marie, from Wallis and Futuna. She was so nice to me. Also there was a small shop very near to the hotel which was super convenient

Fantastic stay at Hotel Gondwana! Perfectly located in the CBD, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. A great choice for both convenience and comfort, 7 minutes walk to Port Moselle (local food stalls available every night near the market) and 20 minutes walk to the main Ferry Terminal. Taxis are cheap too —I’ll definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent. The apartments are within walking distance to excellent restaurants and the beach. They are also within walking distance to an excellent small shopping centre. We booked 3 apartments for family members. This gave us the opportunity for both separate and together time.

The location was convenient. We had a wonderful time with our host. Use the BBQ and fry up some fresh prawns!

We stayed for a week in a king studio. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had a balcony with a spectacular view of the bay.

Great view from the balcony. Nice big storage unit with a lock in the room. Also it was quite unique to have assigned plates/cutlery/fridge unit with locks. And I think it actually good idea, so you don’t have to silently battle with others.

The unit is spacious, modern and well equipped. The location is excellent with the beach just across the street, many restaurants around as well as some small markets and an excellent bakery within walking distance (25min walk). I didn’t rent a car during my stay.

the view waa spectacular! the room was overall great! air conditioning was fantastic! i loved the redone bathroom and the coffee maker was a plus! easy to checkin and great host. even car parking!

La chambre est parfaitement située au cœur de Nouméa pour rayonner. Le confort est très appréciable après un voyage en avion pour se requinquer avant de partir à la découverte de la NC. Valérie est très accueillante et arrangeante, prête à rendre service et à donner des conseils utiles et pertinents.

The kitchen was well equipped & we cooked delicious meals everyday 😍
