Delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, cozy rooms, great vibes, located in a convenient walkable area.

Superb ,light and airy, newly furnished and decorated room, squeaky clean, perfect large bed and pillows. I couldn't fault it at all. Above a bar /small restaurant but no noise whatsoever from there. Good food in there as well. Staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Nice underground car park 100 or so yards away. Very safe, if a little expensive. Aboulutely recommend this accommodation, wish I could have stayed longer.

Excellent location and great rooms overlooking the river & trees. Very quiet and lots of free parking, no issue. Good breakfast and dinner, very relaxed and friendly.

Location from postcard. Easy access to Amsterdam, Rotterdam and local attractions (if you have a car). Owners are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Great location! The farm is beautiful! The hut very clean and well equipped. Anja the owner is very nice and gave solution to everything we needed. They produced and sell the best cheeses we tasted in Holland.

The apartment was spacious, warm, and comfortable, the bed and the shower were very nice, and the kitchen was well equipped. It was quiet, and we loved the rural environment. It's close to Oudewater, Montfoord, Utrecht, and Gouda, wonderful places to visit. There's a washing machine and dryer in the shed.

A stunning property and a wonderful host. The villa itself is so comfortable and atmospheric that it feels like living in a fairy tale. The host looked after us so well and was always ready to help; the villa is home to a whole menagerie of animals, including kangaroos, parrots, a peacock and other birds and creatures. Highly recommended.

The apartment was big and had all things you would need during your stay. The host was very nice and prepared wonderful breakfasts. The neighbourhood is like from a fairy tale which makes your stay comfortable and lets you enjoy your peace and quiet. It is close to a lot of attractions in The Netherlands.

Warmly welcomed to amazing place where everything was well thought! Our kid loved the trampoline! Whole family loved the well equipped kitchen and beautiful garden for eating breakfast and enjoying evening after well spent day at the city. Peaceful surroundings and countryside wibes. Washing machine and bikes free to use and toys and playground for little people. Bus stop was just next to Het Jaarsveldhof and took about half an hour to Utrecht central.

The location was ideal for us, ample parking and space. The facilities were as described and the hosts were really friendly and accommodating. The property was easy to locate and the kids loved the garden and trampoline. Everything we needed for our stay in the Netherlands and within 1 hour of Amsterdam and other attractions. The countryside was beautiful. The kids loved watching the trains go by at the bottom of the garden. A lovely family, and very helpful with recommendations on where to eat. Thanks for a great stay!

We sat in the garden right on the canal, enjoying a drink & chat while watching the leisure boats go by. Beautiful

The property was very well furnished, modern and clean in a wonderfully quiet location. The bed was super comfy! The hosts were very friendly and informative- thank you both! The area around Polsbroek and Gouda are spectacularly pretty, even more so when seen from a bike.
