Fantastic resort with water, beach and garden bungalows. Great bar for sunset, overflow swimming pool and open restaurant. I stayed in a beach bungalow offering breathtaking views on the turquoise lagoon. It was a large beach bungalow including airco, jacuzzi, hamac and sleeping chairs. The staff is very nice and helpful. The property includes a dive center and offered several excursions.

We went here for our honeymoon and also my husband's 30th birthday. The staff at Raira Lagon truly made everything as good as it could be for us, and made an amazing breakfast for my husband as I requested a surprise roomservice , thank you so much for this! The bungalow by the water is private , comfortable and beautiful! Daily cleaning, beautiful view, comfy and spacious bed, nice shower and bathroom. Everything you could wish for! Breakfast is good and is enjoyed with a lagoon view that is spectacular. Dinners are great and cocktails too, and sometimes they have traditional dancing shows by a local group which one should not miss! The snack by the hotel is also super great with tasty foods and drinks, so the availability for getting something to eat or drink is great always! The location is superb as it is close to the airport and in the middle of the main island , so you can easily get around to both ends of the island. Free bikes is a big plus!! And kayaks too. The staff also helped with booking excursions etc, which was very helpful. Will definitely come back when we visit French polynesia again! Thank you so much for making our stay amazing!!

Great location (3 min from airport), newly renovated bungalows with spacious bedroom and comfortable bed and good fresh bathroom. Bar and restaurant are offering a great view on the sea and swimming pool. Good food with normal prices. Hotel offered also rental bikes and excursions. Just perfect to relax.

A trip to French Polynesia, specifically to Rangiroa, was the trip of a lifetime for me. I had studied and researched it dozens of times before departure. I found this property on Google Maps, though information was scarce. I chose it primarily for its location - close to the ocean and not far from Tiputa Pass. I found paradise. And I wasn't expecting it. Paradise is, first and foremost, the family that hosted me: Christian and his wife. Two exceptional people - kind, welcoming, but never intrusive. They opened recently and are pouring all their energy and savings into growing this property. Currently 5 rooms right on the lagoon, with a private beach adjacent to the famous Kia Ora hotel. See my attached photos. Please note: the room is simple, Polynesian-style. If you want five-star luxury, this is NOT the place for you. But it has everything you need and more - air conditioning (extremely rare in lodges), microwave, fresh drinking water, refrigerator, etc. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom simple but functional with hot water available 24/7. With only 5 rooms, it's likely difficult to find availability. In my opinion, write directly to Christian - I think he'll help you book. On Sundays in Rangiroa, everything is closed - supermarkets, restaurants. I didn't know this. I asked the owners for advice. Shortly after, they appeared with a tray containing a wonderful two-course lunch. I had to insist on contributing to the cost. Rangiroa is wonderful. But it's thanks to Hinamoe Lodge that it became a dream.

The location is beautiful. We had a view to the sea and it was amazing! It is a bit far from the main place but it makes it very unique and special. You can feel like you are on the private island:) The transportation is included and you can take the boat every morning to the village and back afternoon if you want. The host and all team were very friendly and helpful. We got a bigger bungalow than we booked and we had enough space for us and for our son. The food was fresh and good. The price was ok. Bungalows are nice. I would love to come back again one day!

Hotel Review Our stay was absolutely amazing! The airport pickup worked perfectly, and we received a very warm welcome with flower garlands, which we truly appreciated. The accommodation was spotless and new. We especially loved having free bicycles at our disposal, which made exploring the island so convenient. The small, charming terrace and the fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly as well, ensuring a comfortable stay. We have chosen the perfect accommodation. The rooms are tidy and the outdoor area is great for chilling out. There is a kitchen in case you need to cook something or have breakfast. Bicycles are available to explore the island. The host is very friendly and we had a great time in Fare Mahei. You are picked up for boat trips and otherwise restaurants are within cycling distance or the pizzeria is within walking distance. We also recommend cycling to Tiputa pass to see the dolphins. The best time is between 16:00-17:00. We would always recommend the accommodation and look forward to staying here again on Rangiroa. Thank you very much!

It is a really beautiful bungalow, perfect for a couple to stay. Every morning, the host greeted us with a fresh baguette and fruits from their garden. The Wi-Fi is strong and absolute stable. There is a fully equipped kitchen. We could use their bicycles anytime. Transport from and to the airport was also arranged.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at POE Guesthouse in Rangiroa! 🌴 Both Poe & Hinano were incredibly kind and welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience on the island. We even got to enjoy a beautiful Tahitian dance performance, which made our stay feel extra special and authentic. 🌺💃🏽 What impressed us most was the care and effort in helping us organize our trip — the host managed to get us on the Blue Lagoon tour at the very last moment, just the night before! This made our visit unforgettable, and we are so thankful for the support and warm hospitality. The atmosphere of the guesthouse is relaxed, friendly, and truly feels like home. We left not only happy but also full of great memories. 💙 Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rangiroa — POE Guesthouse is the perfect place to experience both comfort and the warm spirit of Polynesia! Very clean. You have everything you need for a short stay. Shops are easily reachable. There are bikes at guests disposal to roam around the island

Beautiful very tastefully furnished house.The house has everything you need. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the lagoon. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds. The best property we have rented in French Polynesia. The owner was very nice and helpful for example she arranged car rental for us. Thank you for everything.

We used to stay at a big hotel in Rangiroa, but really prefer the villa, more advantages. It has a real pool on the beach (not just a small one with no view) and the villa opens up to a stunning lagoon! The villa is large, spacious, modern, super clean, and very comfortable. We loved: - beautiful pool in front of the sea - the entire place opening up to the sea - Air conditioning in the living room, dining room, and kitchen (hard to find in Polynesia) - few small restaurants less than 5 minutes away by car and a supermarket just 3 minutes away on foot - Louis picking us up on the beach for excursions to the Blue Lagoon! - kayak trips were amazing - super comfortable beds - a private garden with no neighbors, the river, and the beach We can't wait to come back next year for two weeks this time!
