She is truly a wonderful person. The property was well taken care of and our bungalow looked even better than the pictures. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Amazing! Everything is new and very well organized. The wrap around porch is great for lounging in the shade and listening to the waves. This is a gem and a tremendous value.

Bring a torch for walking back at night. 2 minutes walk to the lagoon. Bikes for hire close by but Pierre and Motire are happy to help out transport wise if you need a lift somewhere or want to go further afield. They were great hosts. Their place is close to the Tiputa diving pass, where you can also watch dolphins jumping. Sunrise on the ocean side and incredible sunsets on the lagoon side. And don’t forget to look up at the stars. Incredible. I can highly recommend this place.

All rooms at the hostel are fitted with a shared bathroom and bed linen. The hosts were fantastic. Very welcoming and inviting. I arrived around midnight, I did not want to wake the hosts so I decided to walk over 3 miles to get from the docks to the hostel. Being such a small island, someone contacted the hosts (unbeknownst to me) and let them know I was walking… They picked me up around one in the morning and saved me about 2 miles of walking. Super friendly. A decent place to snorkel (relatively speaking based on my Snorkeling experience on this Motu) is right across from the hostel. BTW, the best place IMO (on this Motu) is “the aquarium “ … you’ll need to hire a small boat to get you there though. Super clear and tons of fish.
