Accommodation in Bacolod

The staff was very friendly and the room was super clean.

Exceeded our expectations. The room had every amenity, big window and exceptionally clean. Lots to watch on the TV as well as having lots of information about the hotel you can browse. Nice pool. Nice bar.

Breakfast was really good the coffee ship at the side was nice, but the rear outside space was great to chill out in the evening

Staff were unbelievably helpful! Although no lift in the house, the staff took care of taking my luggage upstairs, as I have a heart condition. The little café next door, which is part of the hotel, equally amazing staff, who fulfilled my special requests. The shower was great, the Wifi. Really amazing value, if compared with other hotels and I have stayed in many, many hotels and I have never given a 10/10, but this time. Thank you! If I am going back to Bacolod, I will stay there.

Beautiful place and excellent breakfast

Everything was exceptional. We even got a free upgrade to their executive suite half way through the trip. The staff are always friendly and happy to help out, the food in room service was great. The hotel itself is really fancy and perfectly located close to the main road with access to many restaurants and shops and only a 100 peso drive to SM city for all your shopping needs.

Even though they don't have people at the reception because we arrived late in the night, the guard was very accommodating and kind enough to check us in.

The cleanliness of the room is super love it.I really enjoyed my stay.

Its availability. I did a 3-4 hrs stay because of the hot weather and lack of sleep

Feels like home away from home

Breakfast was nameet-delicious the location was so nice and peaceful. I enjoyed swimming in the pool and chatting with the pool staff which were awesome!

Rooms - spacious, modern a lot of electrical sockets in all kinds or shapes. Water provided in a huge recyclable canister big enough for several people. Hotel - modern and simply beautiful Bathroom - amazing amenities and waterpressure from heaven F&B - friendly well trained staff even at night Absolute Highlight: Breakfast!! Might not have the biggest buffet I’ve ever seen but the quality of provided options, the impeccable presentation and the service personell! Worth every peso you might pay more at other places. Absolute recommendation

This accommodation is truly a gem in terms of location (central, indeed), room size and for having everything you need for a comfy stay especially when you plan to mostly stay indoor and work.I was able to do a little bit of cooking here. Lots of food options around, as well. Wifi was reliable given that I used VPN which requires somewhat fast connection and I never had issue during calls. The host even have a back up option for internet in case of any issue with current connection and I truly appreciated that.

We are able to check in early as the key is accessible. I highly recommend it to others to try. Got a rooftop pool as well so you can relax after a tiring stroll around the city. The photo is a sunrise taken from the balcony😍

It's more beautiful than most hotel rooms, yet very affordable.

I chose the place since it's the nearest affordable accomodation the public hospital where my mother is confined. Just a few minutes walk. The host is very accomodating especially with the extension of my stay. Overall the place is nice, complete and accessible to the center of the city.
