The staff were lovely and hospitable. Always smiling and using our names which was a nice touch. They found us even though our ferry was delayed, and organized the driver to take us around the island because I can't ride a scooter. They chopped up a papaya for us and bought more alcohol to make a cocktail we wanted. Night security was lovely too. We felt like appreciated guests.

Each room is fitted with a terrace with pool views. Very nice staff, picturesque atmosphere with the bungalows and the two pools.

Situated in Boracay, 400 metres from D'Mall and 600 metres from Boracay White Beach, Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites boasts a rooftop pool bar along with an outdoor swimming pool, an on-site restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property. Everything was perfect, staff were very attentive and kind, the room was big and clean, the location was very close to the center, the breakfasts were delicious. I'll miss this place, especially the staff.

The resort is only a 5-minute walk to Boracay D'Mall and the main White Beach. Caticlan Airport is a 1-hour drive away, while Kalibo International Airport can be reached within 2 hours by car. Airport transfer can be arranged at an additional charge. The location was perfect, staff very friendly and accommodating, and ensured i was comfortable. Food choices were simple, but good with not a very wide variety, but there is an abundance of restaurants all in walking distance if you feel the need for a variety. The pool and bar are amazing, and again the staff are so accommodating and friendly, as well as unintrusive.

Guests can request for massage service and also rent a car to explore the island. Bellevue exceeded our expectation and probably the best hotel we've been too so far. Since we're a family, we enjoyed the different amenities such as the play area, nice beach, fish feeding, games and several activities per. The warm smiles and hellos from the staff also made the stay very enjoyable. We love Panglao, Bohol and have stayed in many hotels/resorts there but we will definitely come back to Bellevue.
