Guard is at the front desk 24 h, so it is convenient for any time check in and out. They also book taxi to the airport for you (not bad since grab is sometimes unreliable on Cebu)

Booked as needed an overnight stay as close to the airport as possible. These apartments are 5 min taxi from airport (i paid 90php via grab desk at arrivals). Concierge also booked me a taxi back to the airport the following day.
Immaculately clean, superb pool, aircon in both the bedroom and living room, plus a decent shower with HOT water. It felt like a home from home given the living area, tv and big bed - sheer luxury after a month backpacking 😂
Host was also very responsive and provided snacks/ coffee/ bottled water in the apartment with an honesty box to pay. This was a nice touch 😊
5 min walk of the main road and a selection of restaurants/ cafes too.

We spent one night at this property to catch a flight the next morning. The apartment is absolutely fantastic with all amenities you can think of and everything was sparkly clean. The price was 15 bucks, everything was great. They have shower rooms, lockers and everything is very clean. If your flight arrives late at night, this is the best place to just have a sleep and then decide what's next.

Very interesting city lots of traffic cargo flatbeds, it's a hub. Mainly service orientated but still a mecca for individuals families commercial needs. Older downtown residental housing is being demolished and replaced by skyscapers and huge towering condominiums complexes. And hotels and guesthouses. Major attraction is proximity to the airport.

Mactan felt poor and overcrowded to us. It is true that we arrived after flooding and typhoons, but I am afraid that the trash is a constant problem here. People live along the sidewalks, sometimes even in cardboard boxes that are often placed literally on piles of garbage. Emaciated dogs roam around, and roosters are tied on short strings. Children beg for money. If you want to go on excursions, you have to travel quite far, yet there are constant traffic jams, so even short distances take an unreasonably long time. Choose other islands.

Enjoyed my stay.
Enjoyed my stay. Stayed at royal Oceancrest with host Aubrey and then went to lantaw seafood and grill, near water for great food. Grab ride was so clean and nice. The apartment and food surprised me, so so good. Travel slow in traffic though.

The community is great. They have a convenience store easy access. The building staff are friendly. They also have a gym. For long term stay and traveling I would recommend this stay to get to know the locals. Great place and a value for money

It's handy for the airport.
It's handy for the airport. Staying in one of the hotels on the beach is probably the best option as access to the beaches is costly if you're staying elsewhere. The Samurai and Geisha restaurant on Mactan Boulevard was a good place to eat, and served good European food.

More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT Park area. I really did not enjoy IT Park because it was just a big mall area with businesses and restaurants and a lot of congestion and noise.
The Pusok area was much quieter. More locals which I enjoy interacting with. Easier to get around.
There is a mall area but it is not as big or nice as other malls in Cebu City. But I was able to find everything I needed. Some shops close a bit early though.
When I return to Cebu City I will probably stay in this area again. I like how close it is to the airport because the ridiculous traffic in Cebu City concerns me when I need to get to the airport.
I think the cost of lodging is more affordable in this area.
I was always able to get a Grab taxi when I needed it.

Stay at another Condo the previous night. That one was a 9 out of 10. That had a far better bed, nice fridge freezer, microwave, lots of utensils, glasses, crockery and working WiFi. This one sadly did not. Best 2 out of 10. Would not recommend.
