After visiting family in Cebu, we always opt for Sheraton Mactan as a serene retreat before returning to our country. This resort delivers unparalleled relaxation, away from the urban jungle's noise, and offers exclusivity without the disturbance of screaming children. The staff provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast buffet offers an impressive array of choices, while the rooms are spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. This resort is indeed a haven for us.

Location was perfect. Had a room off the pool, it was lovely. Pool was amazing. Surrounded by beautiful trees and garden, and so quiet, hard to believe it was right in the city across from an airport! Very impressed! Alacarte breakfast at uno was wonderful. Definitely get the mango smoothie!

A minute walk from two large grocery stores! Peaceful. Very friendly staff. Great airport transfer!

Starting from the staff at the entry, I might mispell his name, Michael was the epitome of welcoming, very bright smile and polite, the reception staff were professional, the room was clean, breakfast was good, the location at Mactan Newtown is the best- close to the beach and quiet community.

Really nice and clean rooms, comfy beds and super close to the airport. There is breakfast at the hotel and across the street there is a 7-eleven, a cafe and some restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpfull, they organize free transport to the airport.

Stayed for one night only and it was perfect for what we needed. The bed was comfy, the AC worked, there was a fridge in the room, breakfast was a buffet and hot, and the staff were the friendliest people I have met yet in the Philippines. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The convenience of the location because we had landed in Manila around 10pm and had to board our next flight 6am to Cebu the next morning so this Aerotel was perfect!
