The gardens and common areas are immaculate, the staff is absolutely wonderful

We had an great time at La Mirada Residences. The Residence Manager Roland was very courteous and gave us a lot of important information about the appartment, how to get around, order food etc. We also did two tours that are offered by them and we had an awesome time at both of them. We felt really safe the entire time and well taken care of. Both our "Tour guide" for the Island Hopping Trip as well as our driver for our Waterfall Trip were super nice and helpful 😊 I would definitely recommend this place to other friends and would come back if I were to take another trip to Cebu.

I really liked there while I stayed. The manager Mekay tried to help our family sincerely and with all her heart. She was the kindest manager I have ever met. Our family could spend our vacation happily thanks to her. It was nice place with great swimming pool. I heard taht it is always booked. If it is available you should book it. I really recommend it. I want to express my gratitute to the manager Mekay again. Thank you^^

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The condo is very clean and spacious. Local beach is a short walk away and is very beautiful. The local amenities are good with quality restaurants, Robinsons supermarket and nice coffee/bakeries. We'll return again later in the year.

Light and spacer enough for everything

The view was incredible, waking up and watching the sunrise over the sea every morning gives a great start to every day. Nena was a terrific host, attentive and supportive whenever we needed help and very professional, warm and friendly throughout. The room was spacious enough and nicely decorated, the air con worked well, which was something very important to me being from a much colder climate and needing a break from the Filipino heat after being outside all day. The bathroom facilities were clean and well maintained, shower was comfortable and the washer/dryer combo was very efficient. The countertop stove was a nice touch too and plenty of storage space in the cupboards. The resort was beautiful, the staff and guards in the tower block weere great and there was no shortage of things to do. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay and when I return to the Phillipines I'll be booking here again.

My family really likes the condo specially kitchen and washroom/restroom

Great apartment, so nice, clean and cozy. Kitchen stuff, TV, Nerflix, AC - everything is working. Swimming pool and basketball playground are in the yard. There is beautiful view from the balcony. Hope to stay there again.

Clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed,very close to shops..on main road.Very helpful staff always on hand. I enjoyed the stay immensely.

Very smooth pick up and check-in. Lots of recommendations for local activities, pre-arrival, on-arrival and throughout the stay. Excellent host. Great view from the bedroom. All streaming services available on a big TV should you encounter a rainy day.

Everything was perfect. The best accommodation I have stayed in Lapu lapu.

Nice apartment, not too far from the airport. Clean and a good place to stay, even for longer periods. Possible to walk (15 - 20 minutes) or take a short ride to the nearby malls, restaurants and shopping possibilities. There is even some closer restaurants to eat at just outside the condo area (3-5 minutes walk). Would love to stay here again!

Clean and comfortable, airco on each room

The condo presents very well, clean and hygienic. The host is incredibly accommodating and helpful. I'd happily recommend this stay to anyone visiting Lapu Lapu or looking for a comfortable unit to take as a break between flights.

Stuff is amazing! Very nice, very helpful! 10 out of 10 😉 A bit far from everything. But calm. The stuff helped us to rent a scooter so it was perfect :)

Great location, very close to some good restaurants, and fast food outlets. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The shower has good supply of hot water. Television had free access to Netflix and other tv channels.

We loved the villa a lot! Very amazed by the facilities of the house. We spent most of time at the indoor pool in the evening but didn't know how to work the waterfall despite following the manual. Everyone just camped in the master bedroom to marathon a series on netflix before heading to bed. Everything was so comfortable so all of us got a good night sleep! Lon, the housekeeper was very helpful. He was there to welcome us and send us away the next day. He also helped to get in touch with a driver because we couldn't get a grab ourselves.
