The staff are the best part. Other resorts I've been too the staff are polite and helpful. But here they are extra attentive and truly friendly. Not only did the staff from crimzone the kids play area make the effort to learn my son's name and greet him wherever they met him in the resort. But other staff at the breakfast restaurants and elsewhere did the same. It was the first time that I felt I needed to say goodbye to individual staff members and truly thank them for the great experience they gave us before we left. I especially want to call out crimzone play area staff like Mihl, Pat, and others that made my son's and others kids have an extra special time. Beyond the great staff the food is also well done. Breakfast was also a delight and Enye was our favorite restaurant for dinner. The grounds of the resort are very well maintained with beautiful tropical plants wherever you go. Nice to walk around to absorb the atmosphere.

We loved the villa a lot! Very amazed by the facilities of the house. We spent most of time at the indoor pool in the evening but didn't know how to work the waterfall despite following the manual. Everyone just camped in the master bedroom to marathon a series on netflix before heading to bed. Everything was so comfortable so all of us got a good night sleep! Lon, the housekeeper was very helpful. He was there to welcome us and send us away the next day. He also helped to get in touch with a driver because we couldn't get a grab ourselves.

Check-in was smooth and quick, with a delicious welcome drink to start things off. The property has two swimming pools—one with a slide and another with a kids’ pool—both fantastic! Our kids absolutely loved their time there. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide range of options, and the fresh omelette station was a highlight—they prepared omelettes just the way we wanted. The traditional Filipino desserts were decent, and with such variety, there’s something for everyone. The staff were always helpful and accommodating. Since we checked in late, they offered us a one-hour late checkout, and what impressed us most was that they allowed us to use facilities like the beach and pools even after checkout. The kids’ play area deserves special mention—the lady managing it was calm, welcoming, and made our children feel at home. Personally, I loved the indoor table tennis setup—it was so much fun playing around 10 games with my daughter! Another unforgettable experience was the paddle boat ride, free for guests for 30 minutes—truly amazing. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’d love to come back anytime we visit Cebu again!
