AustraliaThere were cheaper rooms but I chose the more expensive because of the extra comfort and facilities.Everything worked perfectly and the fittings were of a high standard from the full sized fridge and quality stove top to the high pressure shower with ample hot water... The Samsung 55 inch smart TV had Netflix available and there was another TV in the sitting area... The lighting was very good with added blue light that gave the room a very romantic feel... The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and there were many restaurants within close walking distance and a Robinson's supermarket 15 minutes walk away. Literally 5 minutes drive from the airport.

The property was such a green flag from the very beginning.
The property was such a green flag from the very beginning. The owner/management gave us the permission to crash to the property prior the check-in time. The provisions are well thought in a sense that you don't have to worry if you forgot your travel essentials since what they're offering is already something you would want for your self. The room was superbly clean. The bed, robes, and overall linens gave off that expensive hotel-level feel, and even the scent of the room made the whole stay more relaxing. The massage chair was honestly a highlight. It felt like a steal for what we paid and really elevated the entire experience. Also, this place is perfect for anyone who wants to relax but still have the option to stay active. You can hit the gym or enjoy their beautiful swimming pool.

Very interesting city lots of traffic cargo flatbeds, it's a hub. Mainly service orientated but still a mecca for individuals families commercial needs. Older downtown residental housing is being demolished and replaced by skyscapers and huge towering condominiums complexes. And hotels and guesthouses. Major attraction is proximity to the airport.

More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT...
More of a 'local character' than when I stayed in the IT Park area. I really did not enjoy IT Park because it was just a big mall area with businesses and restaurants and a lot of congestion and noise.
The Pusok area was much quieter. More locals which I enjoy interacting with. Easier to get around.
There is a mall area but it is not as big or nice as other malls in Cebu City. But I was able to find everything I needed. Some shops close a bit early though.
When I return to Cebu City I will probably stay in this area again. I like how close it is to the airport because the ridiculous traffic in Cebu City concerns me when I need to get to the airport.
I think the cost of lodging is more affordable in this area.
I was always able to get a Grab taxi when I needed it.

Spacious studio, very clean and fast internet, 55-inch smart TV, fully equipped kitchen. A restaurant downstairs or walk 5 minutes. easy access to transport, Tricycle, taxi, bus. laundry and convenience store downstairs. easy transport to most attractions in Cebu City or resorts in Mactan. There is a Starbucks and mall close by with an easy walk.
