Fairfield by Marriott Mactan is just a 10-minute taxi/car ride to and from Mactan Airport, which made getting in and out incredibly convenient. The staff were consistently helpful, warm, and courteous throughout my stay. We’re a family of four, and they still accommodated us even though my booking was originally for two adults only—something I truly appreciated. The rooms are roomy, and the beds are wonderfully spacious and comfortable. They even provided us with free shuttle to mactan airport. Another plus is the hotel’s location—close to malls and plenty of restaurants. Kudos to Marriott and the entire Fairfield team for a great experience!

We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas holiday! The location is perfect, offering a stunning blend of both mountain and city views. A huge thank you to the host for being so responsive and considerate, and to the caretaker who was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. The highlight for us was that they are pet-friendly—being able to bring my dog made our holiday celebration extra special. Highly recommended!

I like how clean the property is. We had a really good sleep. We had a short stay but we feel very comfortable and safe during our stay. We love our views from the balcony, it's one of my favorites. Then the bed, it is so comfy. There are plenty of things like game boards, etc that you can do while staying, perfect for bonding!

This hotel is amazing! Room with a view and a bath with a view is beyond beautiful! Also very nice pool, gym and spa! Inside is also a luxury mall and great restaurants. I didn’t leave the hotel for 3 day! Great relax!

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, which made our extended stay much easier. Breakfast was also a highlight — the woman manager at breakfast was especially accommodating and helpful, and made sure guests were well taken care of. I’d like to specifically mention Carms, Kristine, Aish, and Elie from the front desk team. Due to medical reasons, our trip had to be extended, and they were extremely helpful in assisting us with finding rooms to continue our stay. They were patient, professional, and genuinely supportive during what could have been a stressful situation. Their assistance made a real difference, and we truly appreciated the effort they put in to help us. Overall, a solid stay with a team that clearly cares about its guests.
