Comfortable , central and reasonably priced with roof top pool

Great location, very near the Ayala Center. The staff are helpfull with whatever you need and the food is amazing. The room is very comfortable.

The location was amazing. The beach and ocean was simply breathtaking. Plenty to eat and do around the hotel. The staff were helpful and courteous. The pool was a lot of fun.

Hotel is very clean. Double room has a queen bed and a single bed. Pillows bed and sheets are very comfortable. Service is great. There's a 7/11 store below, SM mall in d front and restaurants all over. Very near to everything. Price of room is worth it

Peaceful, Relaxing view and most important is that it is a bit far from crowded alona. They have a spacious room, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff were also accommodating and helpful. Big thanks to Modala Staff!

The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean and modern.

Little sketchy at first, down an alley through a gate down a hall, but best shower I have had since I left home! Hot water, good pressure, bed was good.

Located close to the north bus terminal which made it easy for me to just walk across and take the bus, also about 2min walk to SM mall, which was great for late night shopping

Our room was very nice, big, large balcony to the garden. But there are rooms without window, or windows look to inside court, no fresh air. We were lucky. Breakfast very good, no bufet, but you can choose 6-8 different plate.

Everything was spotless. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Food was very good! Room service 10/10.
