I had a perfect stay at Roys hotel. The staff is super frindly. The room i had was very clean and was clean every day. Try the bar on top floor, very good drinks. Super nice whit a 7 elever outside the hotel

Everything was exceptional. We even got a free upgrade to their executive suite half way through the trip. The staff are always friendly and happy to help out, the food in room service was great. The hotel itself is really fancy and perfectly located close to the main road with access to many restaurants and shops and only a 100 peso drive to SM city for all your shopping needs.

The only Two things good in this place is the location, accessible to everything & the hotel receptionists are really helpful , nice and polite and very pleasant . But the hotel is very old need a renovation because the toilet are really disgusting , kadiri talaga walang biro, no complementaries, the toilet water sink & shower is yellowish and all the towels and bed sheets are really old parang hindi na pinalitan since nagopen pa ang hotel, the hotel owner doesn’t have budget to buy Atleast the clean one and soft towel including bedsheets. (the hotel owner doesn’t think about their responsibilities to the health and safety of their guests) toiletries and bed sheets are very important even your building is old. the wifi is not working. Supposedly I’ll give 2stars for this hotel but because of its workers happy face and politeness I’ll give 3stars.

Good location if you want to be in the center of activities, shopping, eating. But during Maskarra festival, it can be very noisy.

Great room, comfortable and the breakfast was nice :)

We didn't stay. When we checked in at 2pm, they told me there would be no water until 5pm due to plumber issues. They didn't mention it when we dropped our luggage 2hrs earlier. When we got to the room, the bathroom was extremely bad, old and dirty condition. The aircon had wholes on the sides in both rooms. We just left. It's extremely run down. The photos are very misleading. Extremely disappointing.

Everything! The staff were so lovely, the rooms were so clean and comfortable, we extended our stay. Strong AC and Netflix is always a bonus!

Staff friendly and accommodating very clean and comfortable good all round location to shops with easy walking distance would definitely recommend
