Accommodation in Tacloban

The room was really nice. Large comfortable bed. Nice clean bathroom. The flush toilet had toilet paper which may not be the norm here. The breakfast that was included was excellent. Western or Philippine. The staff were amazing. The in-room Swedish massage was fantastic. 1 hour for ~ $9 US. Dinner at the 2 restaurants on the 8th and 9th floor was very good also.

Excellent property to stay according to my fiancé I was not there

The staff were friendly and very helpful

The food and the price for everything was exceptional. The staff were very accomodating and helpful. Thank you Ironwood for making the birthday special! - Hannah and Sam x

It’s worth the value we pay … we did not expect there is buffet bfast … thank you It’s recommended

We liked the service, the staff are very friendly and helpful , good room service, the cleaners did a good job in the room , the staff looked after us.. we highly recommend this hotel . and also was not too far from the malls. The restaurant was great also, compliments to the chefs and waiters and waitresses.

staff very helpful and friendly as it seems to be the norm in the Philippines. we tried the buffet for lunch in the restaurant. let S just say that I needed guidance as to what was what in the buffet, but a discovery of new things and tastes was on the menu.Very good value for money, but limit your food waste or you get charged which is fair I think.Remember not everybody has food in the philippines

The staff are absolute gold. Perfect stay.

The beds are comfortable. The staff are very polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

Great staff, great vibe and atmosphere. Room was also very clean and neighbouring guests respectful of moderate noise

I like all are good and service

Very close to the airport and the apartment is next to the mall and with free parking.

location is great, value for prize is good, hot shower, AC, good Wifi, loved my stay :-)

Excellent service and very accommodating.

The bed is very comfortable. Once you put your body in it, you can easily get to sleep. The room is clean. The staff are friendly and approachable. Nothing I can't think of that I don't like. Almost perfect for me.

We were met by a very friendly and helpful receptionist (Phebi) on arrival, who quickly helped us with an early check in. Phebi and the owner, Kim, helped us with many requests throughout our stay, always with a smile! The room was clean and the facilities were nice (hot and cold showers!), free toiletries were included and the bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of space plus a desk, TV, wardrobe and bedside table. The view from the balcony was nice as the hotel is tucked away (but not far!) from the main city so it was quiet and peaceful with a view to some mountains. Although the hotel was tucked away, it was still easy to access the city with moto-taxis within 3 minutes walk.

Room size and very neat and clean...Great view Quiet!

yes, upgrading our breakfast is good.

Very clean everyone’s are very friendly and helpful location are perfect. It’s all close to everything and transport specially where I have to attend. Highly recommended.

I would consider this not a (standard) hotel. It's like a room in a house. Lavatory was not working. Mirror was so high. Fortunately, our room was clean. Check-in and check-out times were flexible. Staff were friendly.

Keep it up excellent..Mr Tirol the owner personally accomodated he's so welcoming and friendly.

Was originally staying overnight but a typhoon hit, Extended my stay due to storm with no problems
