I real plus was fresh sheets and house keeping daily with a delightful bunch of people doing a fabulous job. Thank you so much for making our stay a pleasurable experience.

CanadaI was looking forward to using the outdoor pool but it was closed. I shared my disappointment with the staff and they went way out of their way and upgraded my room for the 3 nights I was there. The staff all were incredible and extremely attentive and supportive for all of my needs. Breakfast was amazing. I will definitely stay at XYZ again. Hopefully the pool will be open then.

If you're looking for somewhere cheap to stay and you don't mind putting up with broken airconditioning, tiny rooms, stained pillows, and giant cockroaches scuttling around the bathroom, then this is the place for you. Bear in mind, however, that you'll need a strong stomach and infinite patience if you wish to survive the experience. It may ruin your holiday altogether.
