Fantastic staff at the reception!

We were so excited to make this incredible find in Horta! The hotel is in an amazing location, just a short walk from all the best sights. Our room was absolutely stunning, with the most breathtaking views of the marina and Pico Island. The building itself is a true masterpiece, a perfect example of preserving local history. We loved the café, which felt like stepping back in time, and the themed rooms were so fascinating, telling the story of the golden age of flying boats crossing the Atlantic.

Nice, comfy apartment in the same center of Horta

Nicely decorated in a kind of Scandi style with a very good size room with a small balcony and a nice view toward Pico. The receptionist was very friendly and gave me all the information needed. There was a good breakfast with some nice local cheeses, bread, yoghurt and more.

Great location near market and port. Lovely decorated property. Very nice back garden with two cats. Great kitchen. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. You get towels, tea and coffee. Hosts make you feel at home. I really loved the stay.

Absolutely stunning views across to Pico,host was welcoming and kindly left us some home made jam and home grown bananas.Apartment was immaculate,well equipped and spacious. Five minute walk downinto Horta

We loved everything about this property! It was immaculately clean and it was so comfortable. My husband and I had the downstairs king bedroom with a large bath, our baby granddaughter had the adjoining room and her parents were upstairs in the large bedroom with bath. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking there as well as eating out. The views of the harbor and the sea are gorgeous and the house is on the side of a hill just above the downtown area. It is very private and buffered from the street by fields with horses. The supermarket is two blocks away and the harbor is about a kilometre. The host, Laurentius, is a delightful gentleman and communication both before and during our visit was excellent!

We as a family travel lots ,and i can sure you the dutras house had everything we asked for .also fruit milk and some food was there as welcome and nothing negative about it We will stay there again London luis sousa and family we visit 3 islands surround that was amazing

I did love this place! Weather was terrible but there was a covered place outside where sometimes you could see the sun and Pico. I also had the chance to visit the beautiful garden downstairs. kitchen, bath, everything great.

Outstanding accommodation in a perfect location. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Close enough to the centre of Horta to walk... On street parking available nearby.

Great location, 5 minutes to the port, shops and restaurant easily accessible. When we arrived, there was a small gift to eat and drink, which was extremely nice. A lot of space in the apartment, kitchen nicely equipped, washing machine was a great addition. Parking spot was always free in front of the apartment. The host asked us several times if everything was in order, which was really thoughtful.

Quite location not far from port, comfortable and clean apartment, everything works as expected.
