We loved our stay in Monte da Guia. The room was facing the sea and it was very close to Porto Pim beach and within walking distance to Horta city center. There are cafés and restaurants around, but the house has two shared kitchens, so cooking there is also an option. It's also possible to see Pico island if the weather allows it. Definitely a great place to stay!

Our stay was just exceptional. The place is exactly as in the pictures, quiet, tidy, clean, and fully equipped. Beds were already made and we even had a welcome breakfast with muffins and homemade jam. The hosts were extremely kind and treated us with care, answering immediately to our messages and helping us with any concern we had.

Our host did his best to make an early check-in possible. You appreciate this effort even more when you see the sheer size of the apartment! The stairs leading to the apartment are somewhat steep, but the style, the design, the office space, the tiny but comfy terrace make the climb worthwhile. Location is central but the windows are super insulating: we had our most quiet nights here!
