GreeceThe hotel was a nice surprise to me. When I booked there were no previous comments, as the hotel was brand new (it has opened only some days before). But everything was beyond my expectations. The location is excellent, close to the port, on a flat street and very convenient, because the Alfama area is mostly uphill. The girl (Nelly) at the reception was very kind and helpful and the breakfast was of a great variety and quality. Congratulations to the cook preparing it!

SwitzerlandThe staff were so welcoming and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, clean and the beds were really comfortable. They had a little welcome basket with some local treats that were really thoughtful. The hairdryer was amazing, as was the water pressure. Really nice shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen was really well equipped, they even had a clothes rack, which was helpful as it rained and we all got soaked. There was also complimentary coffee/cappuccino/hot chocolate in the lobby. We had 2 apartments for 11 people, ranging from 11 to 77 years old, and everyone agreed that this was a 10!

Location excellent, right in the center, close to every major attraction and metro station. The apartment is super clean and is furnished with everything you need for a short stay. Fresh bread ,croissants and pasta de nata is given every morning,left outside the door. While the fridge is stocked with all kinds of food for breakfast.
The bed and pillows are comfortable and it’s really quiet at night.
The staff is kind and helpful for every request. By far, one of the best accommodations in Lisbon!

One of the best accommodations on our trip to Portugal, the apartment was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect, the metro is 100 meters from the apartment and with this we can travel to all of Lisbon's attractions. Host always helpful throughout the stay. Uncle had to pay a precaution against damage in the proportion that was returned to us without any problem a few days after check out, we loved it and will be back!!!

We quite enjoyed our stay in Lisbon! The accommodations are large enough that it gave our family some space and were kind enough to provide a baby cot for our infant. It was wonderful having access to a dishwasher and washing machine for our stay and the location was fantastic for walking about the city.

I loved the pizza nights they have every day. One of the cleanest accommodations I've ever stayed at. Overall, a great experience! Also, the location is perfect for a stroll to Bairro Alto and the metro is just a couple of minutes away.

Beautiful beautiful apartment with everything that you can possibly need for a comfy vacation. It is close to everything basically all the great things are in walking distance. One of the few accommodations where literally everything is like on the photos. Only one suggestion is that towels can be changed during longer stays (3+ days). Also my girlfriend insisted for me to write that pillows are amazing.
