We had a fantastic experience at MASA Hotel & Spa. The room was impressively spacious, which made our stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the large bathtub – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Lisbon. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. The hotel offers great value for money considering the quality of the accommodation and service. We would definitely recommend MASA Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Lisbon and would happily stay here again

In the bookin.com , bassinet/crib for baby is not mentioned. But when we entered the room after checkin we found a crib neatly set for my baby. It was a very nice gesture by them.
Empire Marquês Hotel
We stayed here twice during this trip, and both times the experience was equally excellent. The staff were very friendly, allowing a late check-out at 11:30 instead of 11:00, even though the next guest was arriving shortly after. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was in our opinion spacious enough — many others have complained it is too small, but we found it comfortable. It was very clean, had excellent sound insulation and the air conditioning worked very well. The beds were comfortable too. The location is great — just a couple of kilometers from Lisbon city center, easily walkable and only 500 meters from the metro station. There are grocery stores and restaurants just a few hundred meters away. During the entire stay, we felt very comfortable. A nice extra was the water dispenser in the lobby, where you could get fresh cold water every day and refill bottles — very convenient since tap water in Lisbon isn’t the best. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again when visiting Lisbon.

The shared female room was comfortable, and I liked the privacy provided by the curtain around the bed. The bathroom was clean and very good. The apartment was spacious and bright. The location was absolutely perfect for us, we took the metro from the airport and the apartment is located just outside the Rossio metro stop. It was a very short walk to restaurants, main squares and main attractions. The apartment had several large windows giving a good view of squares/people down on the street. We had a view of the castle from the bedroom window which was nicely lit up at night.

Position very good, friendly staff, breakfast included and the room with bathroom was clean and pretty. They also stored our luggages before check-in and after check out.
FLH Heart of Rossio Units
The apartment was clean and bright. Well furnished and very well looked after. The view from the apartment is amazing and the location is perfect to see the city. I would definitely stay here again. I was on a girls trip and they loved the space. I went with the larger apartment, and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us, so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other.
