Jacquie was an absolute angel, the check-in process was very easy. It was maybe a 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and the entrance was really easy to find. The building was new with 24hr security and the gate is locked at the night time so it felt really safe. The pool area on the rooftop was great for sunbathing, the whole building was really clean. The apartment exceeded my expectations as well, it was bigger than shown on pictures with everything you would need on your stay (iron, ironing board, blowdryer, well-equipped kitchen, washing machine with a few Tide pods included and what I really liked was that they had Nuxe bathproducts for use). The building is located next to a shopping mall that also has a big supermarket and it is a nice walk or a very short taxi ride away from all the main sights. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again.

The lady at the reception, Sara Fundo, made numerous phone calls (on a Sunday!) and organized a swap between Pestana Hotel in Lisbon with Pestana in Alvor for a couple of nights, without us paying a cent. Overall, the hotel is very clean and well maintained. As I already mentioned, the staff is exceptional. The location is great, right in the center of the city and close to numerous landmarks.
