We got a room upgrade and our view was awesome. The hotel is fabulous. Would stay here again.

Highly recommend! The rooms were great and the view of the ocean was amazing. The food was delicious and facilities were enjoyable. The staff was so nice and helpful. Perfect for a family stay!

We stayed at Pestana in May for our wedding. It was SUCH an amazing stay in all aspects thanks to the wonderful staff of Pestana! It is a 5 star hotel, but the staff is so down to earth and of course really professional. The room we had booked had some issues with humidity - but this was sorted with no issues and we were upgraded to the presidential suite since it was our wedding! Thanks so much to manager Igor Almeida for an incredible service! The whole Pestana team were so amazing, thanks a lot to Sara Pinto, Sofia Francia, Estela Soares, Hasam and Carlos Silva, for their great service and smile. They were always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They also gave us useful information about the hotel and the area, and they were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We also want to thank Antonio Aguilar, who always helped us with the luggage, and questions we had about hotel locations and any other request. He had a good attitude and a smile all the time. He was polite, cheerful, and efficient, and he made us feel at home. He also gave us some tips on how to get around the hotel, the marina behind the hotel and what to see and do. The breakfast was AMAZING! The food outstanding, and they even have sparkling wine every day - really calming for our wedding day;) Amazing staff there too of course - so attentive and friendly. In conclusion, we had a wonderful and unforgettable stay at Hotel Pestana Cidadela Cascais, and we highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality hotel with a great staff. We want to thank all the staff for their excellent work and support, for make us feel like home and special every day, for making our guests and friends feel welcomed and for playing and excellent role in our weeding plan. We hope to come back soon!

Beautiful forest around, picturesque views, and kids club

Breakfast: A variety of options, including weekend dinner with all guest. Room: Spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable bed, work desk, free Wi-Fi, and large windows for natural light. Bathroom: Modern and stylish with a walk-in shower or bathtub, vanity area, complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and quality fixtures.

A lovely place to stay for 1 or 5 nights. Great full kitchen and lovely courtyard to enjoy your morning coffee. Complimentary coffee too! Comfortable beds. Hosts are very friendly and very helpful. Great location walking distance to everything. Great restaurants at your doorstep.

We had an excellent stay at Village Cascais Guest House. The location is fantastic, close to all the main attractions of Cascais and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Having private parking was a great advantage and made our stay even more convenient. The accommodation was clean, bright, comfortable, and featured a spacious bathroom, which we really appreciated. The staff were also outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I highly recommend Village Cascais Guest House to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with easy access to all the points of interest in Cascais.

Everything was sooo perfect. Location, stuff, apartment.

Very warm and welcoming hosts, and simply wonderful accommodation. It’s easy to walk to any attraction. The weather was a lovely bonus, and I even went swimming (sandy beaches with a gentle entry). Now, back to the apartments. This is a guesthouse with charming and comfortable areas for relaxing and dining. The breakfast (another bonus!) is delicious and filling. In the evenings, it’s lovely to sit in the small garden by the pool and watch the stars. I had an amazing holiday here and sincerely recommend this guesthouse!

Clean place, easy to find, walking distance to the train station and bus terminal, walking distance to Auchan supermarket. We had good communication with the staff, nice people.

Very central, close to the beach and lots of great eating. Also very clean

It was the perfect place for doing work and enjoying some leisure time, too, with three beaches on the doorstep (2 to 10-minute walk). The station (train to Lisbon) is close, and a good supermarket (Auchon) near the station makes life as little touristic as possible. The host has responded to all the suggestions made by other reviewers: there is everything you need for cooking, and blackout curtains that help sleep with the old-town lighting. The little balcony gives some outside space while still being private (no people in the opposite house). I very much liked the practicality of the interior (much wardrobe space, bedside lights), combined with clarity (not too much decoration, spotlessly clean) and some personal touch.

Lovely day location in old historic centre and beautiful aspects of the town from all windows. Two balconies were also a real plus. Staff were truly helpful.
