The property is very good. Clean and comfortable.

Very friendly people at reception, cooperative and polite.

We liked everything, from the busy staff to the apartment. Everything was clean. The bedroom was huge, the bed was nice, the mattrice was very confortable and the pillows were new and soft. The ladies from the cleaning came every day to change the towels, the bed sheets, to wipe the floor and to check that everything was ok. The breakfast was delicious and varied.

The hotel is renovated and looks good. I received a room upgrade to an apartment, which was very big. They gave me an early check-in. The air conditioning was working, and there was no outside noise. The staff was very helpful and kind. Big plus: parking space.

I was initially considering giving a lower rating, but later decided it would be unfair to be overly harsh. The first suite I was given was quite below my expectations. Although it was confirmed to be a “Premium Suite,” it was very different from the suites I had stayed in during my previous visits. Fortunately, after I mentioned it, the staff changed the room and provided another suite. There was also a small communication confusion regarding the drinking water in the room. When I asked the reception, I was told to take water from the minibar. Since the room already includes complimentary tea and coffee with a kettle, I assumed the water there might be part of that setup. The next day another receptionist explained that the minibar water was actually complimentary. It seems there was simply a small communication issue. I would especially like to thank Mihail. During my previous stay, the breakfast experience was not very pleasant due to the attitude of a younger staff member. However, this time Mihail welcomed us warmly, helped with the menu, served our coffee, and even offered croissants that we had not been told about before. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the breakfast experience much more enjoyable. Overall, despite a few small issues, the hotel clearly has team members who genuinely care about guest experience. Thank you to the team.

The room was beautiful and clean and sunny, overdrawing the beach. The staff is absolutely wonderful and very helpful. The food is fantastic!

The hotel staff is very efficient and friendly. They were our support in organazing airport transfer. Also, they were somone we could fully relied upon during staying and after leaving the Hotel.

The location is great, the apartments are gorgeous and the staff is very nice. We arrived in Constanta much earlier than the check in hour and they were more than helpful with accommodating us.

The accommodation itself is better live than in the photos, which is a nice surprise. You have all the amenities for all seasons comfort and the host is good and helpful. Property location is also an advantage

Great central location, lovely views over the National Archaeological Museum. The apartment was immaculate, well equipped, and very comfortable for my stay. Check-in was very easy, and the owner helpful and responsive. Mulțumesc!

Located in very convenient location near the center with access to all the best restaurants and cafees nearby. Very comfy and newly renovated. There was some soft drinks and water in the fridge, which was very nice touch. The place has all the necesarry facilities for cooking and if you stay longer you will not miss anything.

Everything was great, it was really clean, the bed was comfortable, the place was big, the kitchen was equiped, it has a TV and a comfortable sofa, the hot water takes a bit to come down, but there is hot water. The location is amazing.
