The property is very good. Clean and comfortable.

Everything perfectly functional, including the massage chair! Very comfortable bed, quiet, sound system with music dvd plugged in, hot water and heating, big and fluffy carpet everywhere. A great apartment for spending a peaceful and relaxing time! Thank you! Also pretty well positioned being in walking distance to beach and city center.

We had an amazing stay at Continental Forum Constanta! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the entire property—everything was spotless and well-maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The location was another highlight—it was conveniently close to the center, the beach and all attractions are nearby. The breakfast was great! The best part is that the hotel is pet-friendly! Traveling with my dog was great, and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning on our next trip!

The hotel is a little bit far from the sea. It was not a problem for me, though it might be essential for other guests. The hotel is located in a very quiet and nice place: there is a wonderful park with the lake nearby and all the city facilities.

Good location, big room, nice breakfast

The hospitality of Maria and her team is extraordinary. People here are highly passionated and always trying their best to make your stay perfect. They are even anticipating potentially inconveniences, f. e. telling you that it could be a little louder during the weekend. But this is normal if you choose to book a hotel in the center of the oldtown. The breakfast is served in the restaurant that more or less belongs to the hotel. The quality of the breakfast is high and much better than what you get at these ugly typical hotel buffets. All in all I would give 12 points but that is only possible at the Eurovision Song Contest. So it is "just" 10. ;-)

The room was big and comfortable.There was a fridge and a kettle to prepare yourself a cup of tea or coffee ( your own ) in the room. The hotel garden The location is on the street where Mamaia Holiday Village starts where there are plenty of restuarants and holiday attractions ( fun park ).

Location is really in the heart of the city, next to all restaurants, Ovidiu square, Casino, port and even beach not so far away. The hotel is very nicely renovated and decorated, old and elegant architecture. Very nice and helpful host. We could rest well with the window closed, no car on the road but being in the centre of the city it is quite lively till late night.

We enjoyed every minute of staying in this place, starting with the interior of the room and finishing with the nicest views from the rooftop terrace. Also, would like to appreciate Madalina's effort on trying to be as communicative and helpful as she can and making our staying even better

Everything is fine in the Hotel Carol. It should be underlined breakfast, which is delicious cooked by Gabi. She cooked special Turkish coffee.

The hotel is very well located at a 10 minute bus ride from the railway station and within walking distance of the painted hypogeum grave (a 5 minute walk) and the heritage peninsular district (a 10 minute walk), while the recently restored casino can be reached on foot (20 minutes) or by a 5 minute drive. The hotel is rather small and has a warm, family atmosphere. Even though located on a quite important avenue, it is quiet. Rooms are very clean and well appointed and so are bathrooms. The breakfast is very diverse (one may take a traditional Turkish breakfast for reference) and plentiful. But what makes this hotel highly recommendable is the staff, always eager to help, kind and prompt; communication was very smooth and efficient. A recommendable place to stay in Constanța!

I was initially considering giving a lower rating, but later decided it would be unfair to be overly harsh. The first suite I was given was quite below my expectations. Although it was confirmed to be a “Premium Suite,” it was very different from the suites I had stayed in during my previous visits. Fortunately, after I mentioned it, the staff changed the room and provided another suite. There was also a small communication confusion regarding the drinking water in the room. When I asked the reception, I was told to take water from the minibar. Since the room already includes complimentary tea and coffee with a kettle, I assumed the water there might be part of that setup. The next day another receptionist explained that the minibar water was actually complimentary. It seems there was simply a small communication issue. I would especially like to thank Mihail. During my previous stay, the breakfast experience was not very pleasant due to the attitude of a younger staff member. However, this time Mihail welcomed us warmly, helped with the menu, served our coffee, and even offered croissants that we had not been told about before. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the breakfast experience much more enjoyable. Overall, despite a few small issues, the hotel clearly has team members who genuinely care about guest experience. Thank you to the team.
