Everything was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, Mr. Dan made us feel incredibly welcome. He is one of the kindest, warmest and most genuine hosts I have ever met. The place itself is beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by nature, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the experience he created for us. The food personally cooked by him was absolutely delicious, the campfire evenings were magical, and the ATV rides were so much fun! Every little detail was taken care of with heart and generosity. I can honestly say I felt better and more at home here than at any other place I have stayed. We came as guests and left feeling like friends. ❤️

Beautiful location and house. It's an ideal starting point with car to hike around Retezat. Groceries and restaurants are a 15-20 min drive. The house is suitable for a maximum of 6 person (3 beds). Two beds in two rooms upstairs and one bed downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. The terrace is a lovely place to be at peace.

The remote location is perfect for a weekend getaway outside of the skiing season. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The immense breakfast was a perfect start to the day, while taking in the views of the valley from the restaurant window. A lovely hotel.

The cabin was exceptionally clean and well provisioned, beds were comfortable and the location was simply amazing: peace and quiet with fresh air and a gentle mountain breeze in July. The pool was also very clean and well maintained (they use a robot to clean it every night). Great area for badminton and volleyball. Plenty of wood for barbecue, the summer house was very nicely decorated also, we really appreciated the attention to detail. A proper coffee machine (with grinder) is also available. Two big refrigerators were very useful also as we were a larger group. Internet connectivity was suprisingly good in the cabin, though range was a bit short and reception was spotty in the barbecue area. Finally, the host was very kind and prompt throughout our stay. Exemplary service. Given all the above, we decided to extend our stay. We also hope to return one day.

We are very satisfied, the owner was very kind, even the owner waited for us until midnight to check in, because we came from far away and there was a lot of traffic, I recommend it. The place is great for a short or long vacation. It was very clean and tidy.
