Accommodation in Moisei

First of all the location is close to the mountain and very quiet, very suitable to take a break from the annoying urban noise. We stayed in the mountain cabin which is separate from the hotel but it has all the confort. It’s even better if you really want to have privacy and quiet. The room is very clean, food excellent and the stuff super friendly. There is a spa area in the hotel, but we didn’t try it. The are some nearby attractions, like the cable car in Borsa, the Merry Cemetery in Sapanta, the Horses Waterfall and many others.

First of all, the hosts were lovely. They welcomed us with fresh, homemade donuts and their traditional ‘acqua santa’/palinca. They offered us lovely breakfasts, dinner on demand… The villa is lovely, everything brand new, the location is lovely, very close to the mountains… super fresh air, super nice ambiance, amazing experience…

A Peaceful Escape at Cabana Gotham From the moment we arrived at Cabana Gotham, we knew we’d found a special place. It’s spotlessly clean, wonderfully quiet, and the beds are so comfortable you can’t help but sleep well. There’s always plenty of hot water, and cooking is easy with the shared fridge and kitchen facilities. Parking right on the property makes it even more convenient. Just 30 meters away, there’s a little shop where you can pick up food and drinks — perfect for a relaxed evening in. But the real charm came from the hosts, who welcomed us with the warmest smiles, a glass of homemade berry palinka, and fresh berries straight from their garden. If you’re up for a walk, an hour’s stroll will take you to a monastery complex that’s open 24/7 — a unique experience to have during your stay. It’s one of those places that feels homely and welcome, and for the price, it’s an absolute gem.

That was something special. You don't get this kind of attention, warm greetings and good vibes everywhere. And this was the place, where we've felt special. The house, the host, the place, the view..everything you need in order to press pause and chill.

The place is really special, old tradition but comfortable. We enjoyed the spectacular views from the terrace, nice and quiet. Hostess was great, making sure we had everything we needed. She offered coffe/tea, also the possibility to use the washing machine. would recommend vadul lupidor without hesitation.
