I love the hotel! Extremely friendly staff. Maybe some of them did not speak English but that was not the problem. There are two types of rooms: renovated and not yet renovated. Both of them are fine in my opinion - the renovated ones have nicer bathroom. We arrived to the hotel very late but there was a very comfortable parking place waiting for us. The check-in and check-out were very smooth. I love the swimming pool (the water was very warm) and the restaurant. The breakfast was ok but dinner was awesome (even my husband who suffers many times after using other restaurants - this time was feeling great) - so we used that restaurant for our dinners during our stay. Thank you to all staff for making our stay so great!

The hotel is great, including the spa services. The breakfast is wonderful and there is also a restaurant with a varied menu and very tasty food. The hotel staff is kind and helpful in everything. The place is highly recommended.

Great staff, very hospitable. We arrived at 10 PM and in a few minutes they already served us with food. Clean rooms. Good location, everything is near, but not on the main road, so it's quite. They do also cook or barbecue together with the guest in the evening, you can socialize with others and have a glass of wine or pălincă. Very pleasent stay over all.

Adrian's hospitality and helpfulness were exceptional indeed, a true host! The house is even more beautiful than in photos, an attention to detail and cleanliness, equipped with every comfort, a short walk from the historic center and the beautiful square. Parking always available under the house and also the inner courtyard of the apartments really superb. I can only recommend to those who are in these parts to stop here to feel at home.

The owners are very friendly and concerned. They are always looking out for their guests. One of the owners speaks English. They have two lovely children. They are very energetic and cute. Here is close to the city center and can get to museums in a short time. The owner knows a very nice cab driver.

It was very nice and clean accomodation in beautiful romanian mountains. We liked very comfortable bed, and kitchen with coffee and everything for cooking. Owners are very nice and helpful. Parking is free and easy. Location in the village Borsa is great. We had a very lovely time there.
