Nice hotel, comfortable facilities, good spa. Overall, pleasant stay amidst nature.

Very charming and helpful staff at the Sovata Hotel.

Food was great, we took three meals per day and it was never under our expectations. Soups are especially great. Would come back always there. Parking is difficult in the region, but we never had any issues to find a spot. Owner is very helpful and the hotel is located in the perfect spot.

Very nice and quiet location. Very welcoming staff.. Good breakfast and dinner as well. All facilities spa and indoor pool.

The immediate proximity to Lake Ursu. The delicious breakfast, plus the americano coffee was divine. The staff was lovely, very warm, both at reception desk and at breakfast. The room, the bathroom, the big terrace, the stunning view

Spa area and sauna. Private parking. Good food in the restaurant. Also, the apartment is really nice.

Above all, the staff is awesome. They are all the time ready to walk the extra-mile, to make the traveler's stay magic. Jumping in, when the slightest event occurs, helping us and offering info and advice. Great staff! The breakfast was a feast too, with a large selection of dishes. As I have been staying there for Christmas and New Year's Eve, we got almost all the time treats from the Romanian cuisine, typical for the region. I was also impressed by the host's kindness, to offer us sweetbread and wine for Christmas (a loaf and a bottle to each traveler!) and the same for the New Year's Eve, when the wine was sparkling. Great hosts! The building is new, the elevator is working properly and the view is gorgeous. Very comfortable rooms too and kept clean daily.

Design, position and breakfast were great! We also liked the view from the window.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were welcomed from the first moment at the reception with a warm heart and we got all the information we needed. Given the fact that my mother (88 y.o.) had birthday, we got as a gift one day free access at the Spa centre. We opted for demi-pension (breakfast and dinner included) and we were amazed by the diversity of the offer for both meals. The room (family room) was modern and spacious and we had a large balcony facing the little spa town. For us it was a memorable stay and most of all we were impressed by the warm-hearted and professional approach of all the staff at the hotel: reception, restaurants, spa centre. Thank you, we hope to come back soon!

The location is very close to center. The room was very clean with all facilities; the beautiful view from my balcony gave me happiness.

The hotel is very well kept, everything clean to a fault, the kitchen he has everything you need and there are flowers everywhere. The view and surroundings are beautiful, and Csaki is extremely welcoming, and knows how to make you feel at home. My mother was very happy with her stay and we won't hesitate to visit on our next trip. Thank you for everything!
