GermanyThe staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were welcomed from the first moment at the reception with a warm heart and we got all the information we needed. Given the fact that my mother (88 y.o.) had birthday, we got as a gift one day free access at the Spa centre. We opted for demi-pension (breakfast and dinner included) and we were amazed by the diversity of the offer for both meals. The room (family room) was modern and spacious and we had a large balcony facing the little spa town. For us it was a memorable stay and most of all we were impressed by the warm-hearted and professional approach of all the staff at the hotel: reception, restaurants, spa centre. Thank you, we hope to come back soon!

Sovata is the perfect place for a health vacation.
Sovata is the perfect place for a health vacation. Lacul Ursu is for those who want to swim freely (even if they cannot swim - since it is very salty) without worrying about water currents, waves, sharks, jellyfish and anything like this. It has many spa locations you can choose from. And in the evenings it gets so cozy and comfortable, with live music at terraces, beautiful lighting of the marvelous Austria-Hungarian Empire architecture around and old-style horse-carriages you can have a walk with.

Besides the Bear Lake and the hiking trails, the steam engine track and general nature\outgoing vibe of the place, Sovata basically is perfect for people who want to switch off and disconnect from reality for a bit. It offers little distractions and allows you to focus on what matters most in life.

Sovata was above my expectations!
Sovata was above my expectations! We loved the touristic area nearby the lakes. Also the food is delicious at Kali Restaurant! A friend recommended us this restaurant and we ended being a huge fan, eating each day there.

Nice place surrounded by the forest, the water in the Black...
Nice place surrounded by the forest, the water in the Black Lake and the Bear Lake is salted, warm and wonderful, the terrace Boema is very nice with live music and the people ar dancing on the dance floor, good food, a lot of souvenirs shops with hand crafts, very kind people. I recomand Sovata like a very beautiful destination for vacation!

It was the first time I visited Sovata.
It was the first time I visited Sovata. Quit being surprised about the place - seems to be well-kept and prepared for the season. Nature surrounds the holiday village! A lot of forest routes and alley to walk quietly.

We always enjoy the time spent at Ursina: fresh air from the woods behind the hotel, comfy beds and spacious rooms, good food, and - this time - excellent coffee. We appreciate that our requests have been granted: instant coffee was replaced with an excellent espresso served at breakfast. The spa and medical services are great. We are looking forward to our next trip.

The hotel is very well kept, everything clean to a fault, the kitchen he has everything you need and there are flowers everywhere. The view and surroundings are beautiful, and Csaki is extremely welcoming, and knows how to make you feel at home. My mother was very happy with her stay and we won't hesitate to visit on our next trip. Thank you for everything!
