We had a wonderful stay at the Ensana Health Spa Hotel in Sovata. I came here with my wife for a few days of relaxation, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The spa facilities are excellent – from the saltwater pools to the Cleopatra bath and the hydrotherapy options. We tried several wellness treatments, and the staff were professional and kind. The environment is peaceful and clean, and everything is very well organized, from the massages and therapeutic baths to specialized treatments like electrotherapy and mud wraps. The wellness menu offers a wide variety, and we especially appreciated the clear multilingual signage and helpful staff. Highly recommend for couples looking for a peaceful getaway focused on health, relaxation, and rejuvenation. We will definitely return!

Sovata was above my expectations!

Sovata was above my expectations! We loved the touristic area nearby the lakes. Also the food is delicious at Kali Restaurant! A friend recommended us this restaurant and we ended being a huge fan, eating each day there.

Nice place surrounded by the forest, the water in the Black...

Nice place surrounded by the forest, the water in the Black Lake and the Bear Lake is salted, warm and wonderful, the terrace Boema is very nice with live music and the people ar dancing on the dance floor, good food, a lot of souvenirs shops with hand crafts, very kind people. I recomand Sovata like a very beautiful destination for vacation!

It was the first time I visited Sovata.

It was the first time I visited Sovata. Quit being surprised about the place - seems to be well-kept and prepared for the season. Nature surrounds the holiday village! A lot of forest routes and alley to walk quietly.

Sovata is simply amazing, very clean and nice mountain...

Sovata is simply amazing, very clean and nice mountain resort where you can enjoy nice walks in te forest around the lake and you can swim in Ursu lake as well. The salty water is good for the bones and joints. I was eating in few places but the best was restaurant Club Dracula. lovely location close to the lake with a spectacular view. I absolutely loved the food, the ambiance, the location and the service. the food was incredibly tasty and fresh. The restaurant waiters were very friendly and not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend Sovata for foreigners as they have to see the beauty of Romania and they need to try the Romanian food like sarmale, mamaliga, mici, papanasi, steak, pastrav and the famous soups. I alsotried goulash and it was delicious.

We never expected the resort to be this nice, the whole town...

We never expected the resort to be this nice, the whole town is renovated and there are many activities to fill up you're time. Just to name a few: Mocanita Sovata - a 2h ride on a steam train, the Praid salt mine that you can visit and there are a lot of trails around the forest, one that even has a Bell Vedere tower built .

The best accomodation during our Transylvania trip. Comfortable, nice and super clean room, bathroom also, delicious breakfast, helpful and kind staff. If you want to stay in Sovata I happily recommant this hotel. Air conditioner worked well, cable tv with Hungarian and international channels, chocolate sortiment welcommed us. It has very good location, near to the Lake Ursul (Bear). Free private parking places provided. We definitelly will come back here next year, we really enjoyed our stay with Pensiunea Comfort.
