"I loved the entire citadel, which is just wonderful. The history of the place is so long and interesting. The clock tower, the students’ stairs, the cathedrals, all the towers and streets are a must see for a tourist here. I would recommend also to take the train tour and eat in Medieval Cafe-Restaurant (very, very good food 👌). For the night, Casa Saseasca is a great place, right in the middle of the citadel. All are very good value for the money spent."

"The city, in the evening, at 6 pm was quite deserted and sad. I couldn't find a proper restaurant in the center which is quite unacceptable. Nice buildings. I fully recommend the Zoo and the park for short/long walks in nature. The park in front of the Zoo includes a great play area for the children. There are bars and terraces where you can eat or simply have a snack. The Zoo was a pleasant surprise. It is very clean and the animals are well cared for, although it is not very big. There is a lot of shadow and benches to sit on"

"We had lunch at Tiltott Csiki Söröző & Étterem @ Szászrégen / Reghin, that was our best gastronomy experience during our trip to Transylvania.
However, there are very rural and abandoned parts of Reghin, you might avoid. We stayed there because it seemed a good place to stop during our way back to Hungary. Our accomodation Pensiunea Blanca was the best choice, mostly recommended."

I was honestly so pleasantly surprised by this stay. I had visited this hotel and spa years ago and loved it then—but it absolutely didn’t disappoint this time either.
The spa facilities are amazing—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. The hotel room was spotless and exactly as shown in the photos, which is always a big plus. Prices are very reasonable and not overpriced at all.
We had a foot massage with two lovely therapists, Anita and Elok, and it was incredibly relaxing. They were both so friendly and professional, and the treatment rooms were clean and calming.
At the bar, we were served by two wonderful ladies who were friendly, attentive, and efficient. Despite it being a busy Saturday, drinks and food were prepared quickly.
We also had dinner downstairs after our spa day—delicious food, great cocktails, and again, very reasonable prices. Honestly, a 10/10 experience.
We will definitely be back soon and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend getaway or even just a spa day.

An incredible place- the old town of Sighisoara has charm, good food and incredible sites to view. For those who love history and medieval stuff, Sighisoara is the place to go- a place of legend, connected to Vlad Dracul (the inspiration for Dracula), colorful buildings, the Clock Tower, the Church on the Hill are all places to see.

Besides the Bear Lake and the hiking trails, the steam engine track and general nature\outgoing vibe of the place, Sovata basically is perfect for people who want to switch off and disconnect from reality for a bit. It offers little distractions and allows you to focus on what matters most in life.

Its a beautiful city in the heart of Transylvania which has a rich history and cultural background, with architecture that reflects this. Its situated on both sides of the Mures river and as such is predisposed to thick fog, and high degree of moisture. The city revolves around its medical university and facilities. The traffic is a complete chaos the first time you get there with narrow streets and difficult rush hours.

The room is spacious with 2 toilets, one with the bath. Has a king sized bed and a sofa bed wich they opened for us and it was enough for another 2 person.
The room had a majestic feel with high sealing and settings.
Everything was spotless.
We really enjoyed our stay.

Danes is a nice, quiet village.
Danes is a nice, quiet village. For us it was excellent because we wanted to discover the fortified evangelical churches in the area (there's one in Danes too, but we found it closed and didn't had the chance to search for whoever has the key - there's nothing special, that's how it is most of the times). Overall I can't say Danes is amazing - the whole area is and would deserve more tourists.

Sovata was above my expectations!
Sovata was above my expectations! We loved the touristic area nearby the lakes. Also the food is delicious at Kali Restaurant! A friend recommended us this restaurant and we ended being a huge fan, eating each day there.

The food was excellent.
The food was excellent. The people were welcoming even though they didn't seem to get many English tourists. There were some old buildings to see and many restaurants to go to which were well priced. I also enjoyed the meal of the day idea, which meant you got to try a selection of local food.
