Everything was brand new and spotless, you can tell the hotel opened recently. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. I also really appreciated the high-quality toiletries and the complimentary water and tea in the room

We liked everything about the hotel. The shuttle to the ski slopes arrives every 10 min. It's great service! We rented the ski equipment and ski instructor there as well. The people are very nice. The swimming pool is big and nice. the room had a great panoramic view of the mountain. It was nicely designed and beautiful. Breakfast had a great variety of foods.

In the middle of nowhere. Very quiet. Relaxing. The indoor pool, and jacuzzi top of the range. Exceptional break fast.

We received the room a bit earlier than expected. The room is modern, beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed, clean, and tidy. The hotel is small and located in a residential neighborhood, with public transportation available. Unfortunately, my son was hospitalized in the area, and I needed a room for one night close to the hospital. The receptionist was very kind and helped me with several requests. The breakfast was fresh, they constantly replenished everything. We didn't come to enjoy due to the circumstances, but everything was great.

Ideal location to the railway station and to the skiing, very good spa, nice room, very good breakfast and nice restaurant.

Everybody was very kind and ready to help. Their English skills were also very good and we had no problems communicating. The room was incredibly clean and the view was amazing. The breakfast was the biggest I've ever seen with so many things to choose from. Everything I tried was delicious. Thank you so much, we'd come again anytime.

We really appreciated the view from our room´s window – directly on the cable car. The room was stylish and equipped with everyting you need. Last but not least the stuff was so helpful and kind.

Room and Spa. We were upgraded to an apartment. Very nice experience having the space with included iroom spa. The view was amazing and the balconies filled with flowers. The personnel smiling while performing their daily duties.

The place deserves more than 5 stars very clean ,modern,the team is helpful and respectful , tge view is something else, special thanks to Mr george for sure its my choice again when i will visit Brasov

Great location. Near to Black Church, yet set back from road & very quiet. Excellent value for money. Lovely bedroom & modern shower room. Super breakfast, lots of choices, in a relaxed setting, with extended hours. Reception staff were both exceptional, so welcoming & helpful.

The position is in the centre of the city. The room was clean and the staff is very good

Hotel was clean, silence and smeel perfect, feel the confort. Room was enough size for a couple. Personal was smiling and kind to customers. Location was close to square. We traveled during autumn and heating was working perfectly no feel cold. The bed was clean. Breakfeast was rich content of foods.

Absolutely everything, friendly hotel staff, very clean, nice size of the room, good value for money and situated in walking distance (aprox 25 minutes) from the city center.

Karpaten hotel I had a very pleasant stay for three nights at this hotel.
