The hotel is 7 star . Loved the ambiance, the staff were super friendly and helpful . Specially the house keeping staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

Everything was amazing. Clean and comfy rooms. And the shuttle service (free of cost) that takes you to haram and back to hotel from haram every hour is a big big plus

The staff were all amazing, probably the best thing any hotel can offer is great service. This place has far better service than I expected. Saud the front desk guy was amazing, Ali the breakfast desk guy was very sweet, you felt very valued as a guest here and they made my trip very enjoyable. I will definitely visit again Mariot upon my next visit to Saudi

1- Everything and the location with the mall was more than perfect 2- The staff's style and approach were above standard.

Masha Allah the reception team accommodated us even though we arrive very very early , bless them for their good heart

The location. They truly say that they r closest to Haram. The reception guy Mr Obaid ullah gave us an upgrade to haram view room. Once our air conditioner started dripping water. So within half an hr it got fixed by the ac technition and the receptionist also gave us option to change our room but due to their super quick service we didn’t change the room as our problem was fixed. Their single beds r very large. Two persons can very easil sleep on one single bed. U can hear the prayer call on speaker in ur room and can perform ur prayer in ur room with the imamWould definitely come again InshaAllah

Location and comfort The girls on guest and duty manager roles - Anwar and a couple of others (one who checked me in and the other who helped me upgrade) were all amazing and went above and beyond
