This is an excellent and very clean place to stay. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire property is outstanding and truly impressive. Everything was neat, fresh, and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The person at the reception welcomed me in a very warm and professional way, which made a great first impression. He was very helpful and kind throughout my stay. He also arranged a very good and affordable private taxi for me from Madinah to Jeddah airport, which made my journey easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed stay.

A wonderful stay in Madinah! The hotel is ideally located within close proximity to the Haram, making it incredibly convenient for prayers for women and men. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and particularly well suited to families with children and young adults of different ages, giving everyone plenty of room. The housekeeping was genuinely the best we have experienced in Madinah. The attention to detail and standard of cleanliness were very good throughout our stay. Housekeeping staff were respectful and polite always. Nothing was ever too much trouble All the staff were polite, welcoming and accommodating. We arrived much earlier than the official check-in time and were delighted that the hotel was able to arrange check-in approximately eight hours early for a small additional charge, which we really appreciated. Breakfast offered a variety of quality food, with plenty of choice for everyone. The only thing to bear in mind is that the breakfast area can become quite busy closer to closing time, so I would recommend going earlier. Overall, a lovely experience and a hotel we would happily return to and recommend, especially for families visiting Madinah.

As a regular visitor to Madinah, this was the first time staying at Peninsula Worth. The experience from the check-in, to in-room dining, housekeeping and request for late check-out. The House Keeping Manager does the rounds to make sure that everything meets the expectation, their house-keeping team works round the clock and this is very helpful considering that a lot of people would have timing challenges adhering to standard housekeeping hours. The overall stay experience was amazing, each member of the staff is cordial, goes out of their way to make the guests feel comfortable and welcome.

Special thanks to the manager, Hisham, who went above and beyond to support my family when our flights were suddenly cancelled by arranging an extended stay with a generous discount.
