Accommodation in Boden

Excellent customer service, we made quite a late booking after a train delay, then the train was hour late so we communicated that, and they just made it easy to arrive at after long day. Food at the hotel pub, trotters, was just simply amazing. Breakfast was a good buffet. They were okay with us chilling in the hotel lobby till the end of the day for our next train. Just awesome hotel.

As a solo traveller on a 3-month train journey across Europe, I was pleased to discover this hotel was right across the road from the train station. A definite plus for me.

Great hotel to stay. Clean, comfortable room with full of facilities, quite nights, great location, fantastic restaurant that serves great breakfast,lunch, dinner and helpful staff.

This is a cabin in a camping site. If you like it, you like it. The cabin, as such, is adequate, and it performs to the standard expected. The staff, their communication, and check-in and check-out procedures worked flawlessly.

Small bathroom. Laundry machine in basement. Other than that nice.

Well furnished and kitchen stuff. Nice shower and very helpful laundry. Rooms are cleaned and cozy.

When we booked the apartment, we had to submit a form and then received some instructions. The instructions were very detailed about how to find the parking place and how to access the apartment. We couldn't figure out how to charge our hybrid car and called them, they answered really fast and solved the issue in a couple of minutes. The apartment was very clean and new, and with all the equipment needed to cook. The owners have contacted us by text message to check everything was alright. The check in and check out processes are both automated so you can just get in/leave the apartment with no interaction.

The apartment was almost brand new and had a fully equipped kitchen. The beds were huge, even the small beds can easily fit two adults. The flat was close to the lake where we took a lot of walks in the snow. Our host was super nice, everytime we reached out, they tried to help us, even offering an early check-in option at 6am for just 250SEK extra. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
