We were the only guests staying that night and had a great nights sleep after a long journey. Supermarket shops about a 20/ 30 minute drive and we were able to get some food and use the microwave. Not long after we left our car left the road due to the snow and our host Per was very kind and superb and arranged for his friend to come with a tractor and rescue us. I travel a lot, but I have never felt as good as I felt at Arctic Ranch. Cleanliness, breakfasts, sauna, fireplace, jacuzzi, cat, dinners and even real Swiss fondue: 100/10. I hope to come back here more than once!

The house is beautifully located at the edge of a lake, offering breathtaking views. Upon arrival, Stefan had already heated the cabin for us, making it warm and cozy. As soon as we looked out the window, we were treated to an incredible northern lights show – an absolutely magical welcome! The next day, Stefan took us on an amazing trip to the mountains, where we saw a herd of moose up close. Later, we explored the frozen lake and surrounding forest on snowmobiles, which was such a thrilling adventure! In the evening, we relaxed in the wood-burning sauna, which was perfect after a day out in the cold. To top it off, we went for another snowmobile ride at night, which created an incredible and almost surreal atmosphere. Stefan is a fantastic host—very welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate about the area. He made sure we had the best experience possible. If you’re looking for a true Arctic adventure combined with comfort and stunning nature, Camp Caroli is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience staying at Aurora River Camp. Initially, we were indecisive about which igloo to choose, but we opted for the one near the river, and it turned out to be the best decision. The view of the northern lights was absolutely perfect, and we could enjoy the breathtaking sky without leaving the warmth of our igloo. It was truly incredible. A special thank you goes to the exceptional host. I travel a lot, but I have never experienced such thoughtful and attentive service. Tony picked us up from the airport, took us to the supermarket, organized a sauna for us, and was always available and helpful. We had the most unforgettable experience, and my boyfriend had the most special birthday celebration. I highly recommend Aurora River Camp for creating lifelong memories.
