Beautifully located in the countryside with a view over a lake. Very quiet surroundings so could have the window open at night. Excellent dinner and great breakfast buffet. The staff were very helpful. They had an outdoor pingpong table so we had a few games. Will definitely revisit.

Conveniently located at the village centre in the perfectly renovated building of old train's station. Very friendly and helpful owner. This includes serving us breakfast of abnormal time once, means at 03 a.m. - ahead of our departure to Salen for Vasaloppet 90 km cross country race participation.

Orsastuguthyrning-Slättberg
The location is spectacular; right next door to a forest. There is peace and quiet. We went in the middle of winter and we had a lovely winter wonderland feel to our stay. We were three and the house was plenty big enough for us. Instructions that were sent to us were very clear and there were no issues in getting inside. The beds were comfy and the heating inside the house is also modern, so we were all nice and warm. The sauna is a traditional wooden stove one, so took time to heat up but it served us very well.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Breakfast for Vasaloppet participants from 2 to 4 in the morning :-) Highly recommend!
The hosts were so kind, friendly and helpful, they really were one of the highlights of our trip. They helped us organize all of our day trips (they have printed descriptions and itineraries for different places to visit around Orsa). The breakfast was delicious and homemade (the blueberry porridge is so good!). The terrace with a lake view is lovely and peaceful. They also provide canoes and bikes to guests which was such a lovely extra. Highly recommend!
Amazing location, lots of space for kids to run around and play. Everything as in picture.
It is nice location near the river between the woods. Nobody is disturbing, though big road is near and nearest town is easy to reach. Fireplace helps a lot to have cozy winter evenings. Sauna is tiny but in the house so it is a good extra. All things you need for the household are there for you. River view from a kitchen table is also nice.
The accommodation is very cozy especially Kitchen. Curtains were perfect to block light during summer for darkness. Parking space outside and lawn to walk or hangout.
