Everything is great, the apartment underneath the owner's home, it is spacious, has comfortabele bedden, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, spacious shower. No kitchen area but microwave and fridge available. The host was waiting for us with a cold welcome limonade, we found it a nice gesture. There is a minibar in the fridge for extra cost. Mosquitonet everywhere, comforting. The owner is very friendly, responsive, I can say only positieve things about her. Location is good, depending on what you need. It is close to the motorway so Zvolen and Banska Bystrica is a short drive away. There are nice shopping centers and city centers/restaurants. Kovacova has only the aquapark where we didn't go.

Huge house with lots of space perfect for 10+ people. The owner Marek is very friendly man who showed us where everything was around his place. Grill, ping-pong tables, billiard table and jacuzzi is great after long day in the mountains. I went there with my crew straight from via ferrata na Skalke.
