The position was super, the jungle from the window and the view were amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful, very good people. I cannot recommend this place enough! I think it’s the best you can find in Tonsai, huge and clean rooms, perfect shower, amazing view and the best people. Thank you for everything, I hope I will come back there.

Great place in a great location, really friendly staff. Stayed here before (about 8 years ago) and will be back. Simple bungalows but they are clean, beds are comfortable and the aircon works great.

Extremely good value single room for Tonsai area.. Large fan (looks new) kept everything cool. 24hr electricity. Communal bathroom area looked like it was regularly cleaned. The building looks fairly new.

I love this place so much! The best mix of absolutely stunning beautiful location with lots to do (rock climbing, islands, jungle) while staying at the most chill, not overcrowded hostel with lovely staff, fun but not too loud events! Best place to relax, explore and have a beautiful time!

great place to hide from noisy beachside. every person working here smiled, helped, always polite and attentive. room was tidy with precision after every room service. silent air conditioner, bird songs every morning. loved breakfast with fresh fruits and egg bar. nice little gym - used it everyday- had everything you need for full body workout. nice jungle and cliffs around. and they solved the only problem - its far from coast - but they have shuttle there and back every hour - just great :)

The property was overall a pleasant place to stay in. The family room was spacious enough for the 4 of us. Hotel was quiet and everyone staying there respected the privacy of one another. I am also very glad there were no crying babies when we were there. Food/breakfast at the hotel was great too. Thankful we had staff like Jap and Pop to answer all our enquiries while we were there.

We loved our stay here!! staying in a glass room in nature was amazing!!| - The facilities were great and very clean - The rooms are spaced out nicely - Good WIFI - The beach is basically private The hike to Railey beach is okay. we really liked that we stayed in a quite place only a short walk away from Railey Beach

Lovely place to stay. The staff was so nice and helpful all the way from the reservations up until departure. The operations manager is a very polite person and came to greet us at breakfast to see if we had a good night. He even granted us an upgrade when he did not have to. The views are great, the accommodation was great and we had lovely food at the facility restaurant.

The rooms and facilities are kept very clean - the staff were cleaning the hall, washrooms, and shower room twice daily. Accommodations are very basic, but for a private room and on a traveler's budget it is everything that you need.
