there is no scale to evaluate the staff of this hotel. 10 is not enough. I have been to 9 hotels in Thailand, but there was no such nice and smiling staff anywhere. Additionally, if someone likes cats, they have several of them. I will come back someday.

Perfect beach close to pool area. Nice and clean pool. Very sweet and nice people working there. Helpful and nice, without being too much. Calm atmosphere, a beatufull and peaceful place. Short tiktok-ride from Saladan Pier, and many restaurants on the beach.

AMAZING! The staff are so nice. They offer a transport to the room whenever you need The hotel is placed in front of a beautiful cliff which makes the stay in the hotel just like in a fairytale. This was easily the best stay in our lives so far. The area is beautiful and very well maintained Food is great and breakfast is different everyday which is great. Every dish and cocktail looks amazing The cleaningness is to perfection Rooms are beautiful. We stayed in the room with a lake view and it was lovely. It exceeded our expectations so much. We loved everything bit of our stay. From how beautiful it was, the breakfast, how amazing the staff were most especially Parn and Sarina at reception. Our 4year old felt so comfortable all she wanted to do was stay with the staff at the reception. Make sure you try the Massama curry! It was so so good. Also Amy and the other ladies at the spa were supper amazing.

We loved this resort, perfect location & very friendly staff. Has everything you need at the resort. Cheap options for laundry service & massage. The hotel arranged our scooter hire & transfer to Phuket via speedboat which was cheaper than booking externally. The seaside pavillion room was spacious & had a great view of the pool & ocean, close to walk to all the facilities. The breakfast was delicious with many options. We especially loved our room attendants Apple & Ba who made us smile everyday with their amazing towel art. 4 bottles of water, 2 soft drinks & potato chips restocked daily. Close to main road with 7eleven, money exchange & many restaurants. We cannot recommend this hotel enough.
