Everything is brand new. The water heaters for the showers are digital and work fantastically. Everything is tiled and clean. Brand new toilets for a brand new hostel. The beds are pods, giving incredible privacy. The mattress was comfortable. The best thing was the manager. He made me feel at home, offering me bread and cookies and coffee. Even when I felt uncomfortable because of sand from the beach, he said don't worry, it can be cleaned. There is hot and cold filtered water. Because of the structure of the pods, it's pretty isolated from outside noise, which is important on phi phi. The location is good, close to the centre but not in too crazy an area.

The hostel is in convenient location which is further away from noise but walkable distance from everything you need. There is a small hill which you need to walk to reach it, but it was not an issue for me with my 15kg suitcase. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide drinkable water (hot and cold), there is soap and shampoo in the shower. Small snacks and coffee for breakfast. There is a swimming pool and billiard table. There are i think at least 8 showers and at least 5 toilets so there are no queues for such things. It is super clean and you can see how seriously the staff takes their job to make sure that the rooms are tidy. If you are approachable, it is very easy to get to know other travellers. Really loved my experience here and would gladly return.

The staff was really kind and helpful! There was always coffee, bananas, bread, cookies etc for free on reception! The locations is perfect! 10 min walk from the bus area, so you can rest after all day out plus the walk is very pleasant. The rooms are super clean and fresh. Toilets the same, clean and full equipped. To be honest, one of the best hostels I been! Beds super confortable!
