We had an amazing stay and made unforgettable memories here. A huge thank you to Lee, Aye, and Mia for making our trip so special. They are truly the best at what they do – always anticipating our needs and making us feel like part of the family. We originally planned to stay for only four nights, but we enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay and spent a total of seven nights here. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and there were great dinner options as well. Everything we needed was available, and the staff always went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. This was outstanding value for money, and we were 100% satisfied with our stay. We would gladly give this place all the stars possible and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had the best vacation ever at SeaSmile Koh Jum. From the first minute we arrived, the vibe was super chill and welcoming. The resort itself is amazing - quiet, beautiful, and the perfect escape from the crowded tourist spots. The breakfasts were insanely good - fresh, tasty, and full of flavor. And it doesn’t stop there: the resort’s restaurant is next-level. The cooks make absolutely delicious food, and we kept coming back for more because everything was just too good to miss it. The staff was so friendly, kind, and helpful - you can feel the genuine good energy everywhere. The whole place has a relaxed, family-like atmosphere, which made hanging out there even better. SeaSmile Koh Jum is one of those places you don’t forget. Highly recommended for anyone who wants great food, great vibes, and a truly memorable stay. We’re already talking about coming back!

I need very good wifi for video calls and haven't had any problem once -I stayed in several 4-5* accomodations around asia but the service couldn't be compared to this place :) -The owners (very sweet couple) are the nicest people and will do literally anything to make your stay the best possible -amazing view from room, amazing location close to everything, the beach is really nice -they provide it all - transport, tours, motorbike rental, laundry washing, coffee, water in glass bottles - daily refill, beach towels....

One of the best hotel I have ever been. Delicious breakfast Excellent staff, very kind and polite. I found a beach bag and slippers at the room for use ( super cool) . The pool at the room was the best thing. Also the other pool was very good. If I come back to Thailand, I will definitely chose this hotel again

The staff were lovely — friendly, cheerful, and kind. The housekeeping was excellent; the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious — everything was tasty! The hotel’s location is convenient for getting to the beach, which isn’t far, and there are many shops, including a 7-Eleven and plenty of restaurants nearby. I truly have to say that everything was perfect. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back!

Location is amazing! Beautifull beach. In the morning there is some trash one the beach from tide but staff will clean it up every morning. Food is very good! They can make every dish also vegetarian with tofu :) and the milkshakes are really nice :) Staff is great! We also did the 4 island tour which was amazing! You can book this tour at hotel. We had room on beach which is amazing! Will defenitly go back again :)

Every place sells pizza and its hard to find real thai food...

Every place sells pizza and its hard to find real thai food (made by thai people). Prices are comparable to Europe, only happy hour coctails are cheap but even woth those you have to ask if it is what youre ordering. The nature is so beautiful but whole place is ruined by the inauthencity. Theres more Mcdonald's n Starbucks in one street than i saw in bangkok. Somehow fresh seafood is hard to find or very expensive. Paying 1000 baht for grilled shrimp is insane especially next to the sea. Even grilled fish starts at 400 baht and was usually frozen. If you're a 18-20 year old frat guy and its your first time out of your country, you'll probably enjoy it or if you have the money to go on excursions all day to stay away from the are but for everyone else it's just not worth it.

Phi Phi Island completely stole my heart. It's a small and beautiful island, and from the moment I arrived, it felt like I belonged there. We spent four days on the island, and every day and night revealed a new side to explore. Whether it was wandering through the lively streets, discovering hidden corners, or simply soaking in the scenery, there was always something magical waiting around the next turn. At times, it felt as though I was walking through a movie scene created just for me. The natural beauty of the island is breathtaking. We spent hours at the beach enjoying the crystal-clear water, which was so transparent that we could see everything beneath the surface. The beaches were clean and surrounded by stunning shades of blue, turquoise, and emerald green that seemed almost unreal. Phi Phi is more than just a destination; it's a feeling. The island has a special charm that stays with you long after you've left. I arrived as a visitor but left feeling connected to a place that felt like home.

Ko Lanta is a beautiful part of Thailand that is not over run by tourists and has a very authentic feel. I recommend staying for a minimum 5 nights. You can relax at your accommodation, enjoy the beach, try local food, go into town, enjoy a day trip to another island or go to a cooking class!

The activities in the area are great.

The activities in the area are great. Railay beach is nice but Phra Nang beach was even better. We were there during off-season so there weren’t many people so it was great for us. However, that meant the bars were rather dead so people who like more of a party nightlife would have found it boring.

Great place to stay if you don’t want the chaos of AO nang but do want to be close by for the island tours and walking street market. We were so happy we stayed in krabi town. Heaps of cool small bars and yummy cafes and restaurants around, just $200bht for a grab into ao nang but Krabi town is cleaner and less touristy

This is a huge, sparsely populated and beautiful beach, just a few miles from the grotty, overcrowded mess that is downtown Krabi Beach. I can think of nothing beach in the world that I would rate more highly and I have been on rather a lot.

The beach is not great.

The beach is not great. The water is murky and shallow, and there is no infrastructure or entertainment nearby. Food and drinks are only available at the neighbouring resorts, and you'll need either cash or a physical bank card to pay. There are also no activities or entertainment options for children.

Easy to get trips from the pier next to the hotel.

Easy to get trips from the pier next to the hotel. Loads of nice cafes and restaurants on the beach and around the area. Ko Dam restaurant serves good food, drinks and it’s very cheap. Local shops are with a walking distance

The beach was secluded with no facilities around it except a long boat to Railay beach - for people who need noise and action i dont think it is the right spot - But for any adventurous person more interested in peace and nature it is fabulous Use the kayak or long boat to move from beach to beach or island to island

This was the second destination of our trip to Thailand and...

This was the second destination of our trip to Thailand and was by far the place we enjoyed the most, and stayed a week. We were a family of four, two children of 10 and 13, ideal location for us to keep them occupied, with so many activities to choose from, you can decide whether to go into the hustle and bustle or have a more chilled day. We went on an island hopping tour, cookery class, scuba diving and visited the green Emerald and Waterfall. All were amazing. We were impressed with the service in most of the places we ate and found it easy to get around using the grab app when needed. We will be back as there is more to see and do for all our family.
