This place is fantastic! The food is absolutely the best, in a very cozy setting. The huts are well designed and comfortable. A perfect spot for your family. We would have stayed here for longer, but they were fully booked.

When I arrived I was greeted by a gentleman who spoke perfect English, which isn't a common thing in Thailand but very pleasant to have. I was able to rent a scooter from the hotel right away and made it easy to go to stores and explore the island. The room was very spacious and shower was actually made for the taller people and had comfortable pressure. The bed was a little bit on the harder side, but not like concrete which I have read somewhere. It was still comfortable and pillows were also very good. The curtains were decent and kept the light out properly. The balcony was huge and for me being on the third floor, was able to see the sea and, if the weather would have been better, likely to have seen the sunset for there if I wanted to check it out from the room. Swimming pools (24/7 accessible ) were very good and also had a massage, which was very nice as well! Overall I would highly recommend people staying here as this place is amazing and also located in a Central spot on the West Side of the koh Lanta island. People who work here are incredibly friendly and would like to thank the people working in the accommodation for this! They have that true Thai friendlyness which I sometimes had missed in the Southern parts of Thailand 😊

This is the nicest place we have stayed at in Thailand. It’s in a quiet area, about 15 minute walk or 5min scooter-ride from the beach, right in the jungle.The hotel is new and very well kept, the pool and our room (bungalow) were amazing. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, they invited us to dinner multiple times and the food was delicious. Breakfast was cooked on demand and you could tell them your preferences. Whenever we stayed by the pool we got snacks like coconuts brought to us. Communication in English was a little tricky but together we made it work just fine. If you are ever in the area you should definitely stay here.

We spent 8 days at Panan and we just loved everything about this Hotel. We are already looking forward to coming back next year. Location is great and next to everything we needed. 10mins walk to the beach and restaurants, 30m walk from the ao nang night market and next to a 7 Eleven. Reception was good and friendly. The staff is friendly and attentive. Every time we asked for something they were happy to help us. Both checkin and checkout went smoothly. We could also leave our luggage there after checkout. They have an App, which was very handy and easy to use. We could schedule the room cleaning and order anything we needed through it. It was very helpful for us. Our room looked towards the pool. It was calm and there was no noise from outside. Room was spacious with some space to pack as well. Beds are comfortable. We were concerned about the bathroom glass sticker but there was no privacy problem. Rooms were cleaned everyday (not very deeply though) . AC worked well and was also clean. TV worked well and had many channels. The Breakfast was the highlight for us. Since we spent a full week there, we were afraid that it would be bor ing. Fortunately it was not even close. Breakfast was brilliant with many options and slightly different everyday. From fruits, salads, local Thai food, continental breakfast options, soup, muesli, yoghurt, sweets and vegetarian options, they had everything. And the outside area with the egg, soup and dessert stands are really a plus. Coffee was also very good. Gym is very small but everything worked well. There is also a small water machine. And it was open 24hrs, which is very good for early birds. The Vibe of the Resort was the second highlight. The pools and trees gave a very good feeling. The pools are very nice and clean and there is always a happy hour somewhere :D The view from the top floor pool is great and the bar is always playing some music. Downstairs is more chilled if you are looking for some quiet though.

It was hands down one of our favourite places on our trip so far! The staff were so generous and always there to help us. We were there less than 5 hours and we already asked for an extension, and we were so glad we did. We came in off season, and if you're looking for somewhere to wind down, this is your place! It's on the beach, which we spent hours on trying to spot the coolest Hermit Crabs! There are also stray dogs living on the beach, so keep whatever leftovers you have to feed them :) P.S. the food was fabulous, we ordered basically everything during our stay, and were not disappointed once!

The location! Tubkaek is the best i have been to and very private. A place for guests to holiday rather than a tourist hot spot. My third time in tubkaek and out of the other resorts I like this one the most. The two pools were big, lots of sun loungers at the pools, and beach front. Breakfast was ok. I liked the food at the restaurant for dinner. We did not leave the resort once but I think this would be the main purpose of staying here- just to relax.

Beautiful, true to it's philosophy of simplicity and relaxation. We absolutely loved the cabins, they were stunning, comfortable and he service was always very friendly and the staff were always looking at how to make the stay more comfortable. Everything is thought through, from the transfer to the stay to entertainment. The food is amazing with a whole vegetarian menu with lots of options too. This is one to come back to.

Even though our stay was during the rainy season, this property made the trip worth while. The food at the main restaurant where breakfast is served is very good. Breakfast was different everyday which is much appreciated. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

It can be very busy with the long tail boats & people queuing but if you walk further along to the left there are sun beds you can rent for the day. Bars & cafes are very good. Lots of massage areas & clean toilets you can pay 20 baht to use

Its was a brilliant experience.

Its was a brilliant experience. Loads of activities and interesting places to see. The memorial for the Tsunami I found very interesting and being able to relate to the sheer size of the water mass that hit the island. The boat trip with snorkeling included was super enjoyable. Scuba was good. The restaurants were amazing with so many very romantic locations. Every thing is within walking distance. A hike up to the viewpoint was well worth the walk with a lovely resturant at the top. I simply have no regrets visiting Phi Phi Don.

The best parts were…

The best parts were… 1) Location beside ‘on the beach’…so it is perfect for a morning stroll and swimming throughout the day in a calm, clear and warm sea. 2) The rooms are a delightfully ‘quaint’ design but have everything you’d expect in a top city hotel. The ‘hammock’ on our private balcony was great for siestas and chilling out. 3) The staff are excellent - great attitude, friendly, professional and very attentive to any request. The restaurant staff are always ‘tuned in’ and the breakfast quality is better than most city hotels. The only ‘opportunity for improvement’ is for the ‘front desk’ management to curtail their efficiency priority…meaning focus more on ‘listening’ carefully to what new guests are prioritising rather than rushing to demonstrate efficiencies in getting people to their rooms and moving on to the next guest. This may sound a contradiction, but we don’t pick this hotel for ‘efficiency’ but for the ‘mood’. Management took this on board and adjusted well.

Railay Beach is a gorgeous place to visit on your trip to Thailand, its much more relaxed than most resort areas. Tends to attract quite a few backpackers as there is a good selection of reasonable accommodation. Many people from all over the world and easy to access islands for boat trips daily. You can only get there by boat so has a really nice laid back vibe and the main event is usually the sunsets every evening. The beach is good to watch the stars from after dark. Quite magical.

On a rainy day it is boring as f... Very early morning at sunrise is the best time to walk on the beach and take pics. There are very few small shops and mostly mediocre restaurants and massage places

I’m completely biased.

I’m completely biased. I loved everything and everyone involved in the place. No favourite thing. Many favourite things. Jungle, sea, boats cars tuk tuk and all. Most importantly I had the best guided tours on offer. Thank you. One and all. Appreciated and greatful ❤️

Although the staff and location are great.

Although the staff and location are great. They double charged for our room as we reserve through Booking with our Credit Card but then we paid cash( yes I kept the receipt) then later after I reviewed my statement they had charged my CC. I reached out to them 1st per bookings police’s but they didn’t respond. I spent hours on the phone with booking uploading documentation, etc and still nothing is resolved. I am also frustrated with Booking!

Because of tides much of the beach disappeared during the day so you need to be at the right location at the beach to be able to lie on it. Be aware that the bottom can be a bit rough in some parts. Very nice beach otherwise and there is a relaxing wibe overall on the island. We had very good food and there is a fair amount of places to chose from

I didn’t visit Ao Nang Beech I only went there to get a ferry to Railay beach which I found very pleasant. The only criticism I have is that there wasn’t any bins for people to dispose of there rubbish.
