Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. From arrival to departure all the staff were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. The free shuttle taxi to the centre every hour is a great benefit and we stayed in one of the villas overlooking the pool and it was one of the nicest stays I have ever had. Would highly recommend

Unexpected facilities. Worth money. Friendly staff. Car parking have. Staffs helps us for open lights to swim at night. Clean bathroom and water pressure was good. Room bed was superb! This is the nicest place we have stayed at in Thailand. It’s in a quiet area, about 15 minute walk or 5min scooter-ride from the beach, right in the jungle.The hotel is new and very well kept, the pool and our room (bungalow) were amazing. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, they invited us to dinner multiple times and the food was delicious. Breakfast was cooked on demand and you could tell them your preferences. Whenever we stayed by the pool we got snacks like coconuts brought to us. Communication in English was a little tricky but together we made it work just fine. If you are ever in the area you should definitely stay here.

We loved everything about this place. It is located in a quiet area, but still close to Ao Nang beach and hundreds of restaurants and bars. Breakfast was very good and hotel stuff and service was absolutely brilliant (and because of it, I would rate our stay not just "lovely", but "absolutely exceptional"). Also, rent a motorbike to explore the neighbourhood, if you can drive it.

we loved our staying at this hotel the hospitality was really nice all the staff were helpfull. cleaning was done for the rooms everyday they give a complementary sweets also daily which was cute. although you need 15min to walk from the hotel to the near beach, still you can use the taxi or motorcycle to reach there fastlu fast we didn't try the breakfast but we took a look for it and it's looks nice we would come here again if we visit kraby for sure

Lovely room with a hammock and deckchair on the balcony overlooking the garden. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good pressure and temperature, and the AC worked well. Staff are lovely and helpful and it's a great location with many restaurants around, a minimart at the end of the street, and the beach just a quick walk away.

We had booked 3 nights at Koh Jum Resort but already after the first night we knew we wanted to stay longer. The staff is so sweet and accommodating and the surroundings are beautiful with breathtaking sunsets every evening. There is not much happening in the nearby area so there is good opportunities to retreat and relax. We brought our 8 months old with us and he was welcomed with open arms, big smiles and lots of watermelon. The food is of high quality in both taste and ingrediants and the drinks are strong!

Tremendous villas in the jungle with a beautiful pool and an incredible beach. The food in the restaurants taste very good either for lunch or diner. The breakfast is splendid (thai and international food). To finish, the staff is perfect : always present for anything you want or need (even the nurse who receive you in her room or come see you in your room in case of problem). Next time we come back to Thaïlande, we will come back there and for much more time.

The location! Tubkaek is the best i have been to and very private. A place for guests to holiday rather than a tourist hot spot. My third time in tubkaek and out of the other resorts I like this one the most. The two pools were big, lots of sun loungers at the pools, and beach front. Breakfast was ok. I liked the food at the restaurant for dinner. We did not leave the resort once but I think this would be the main purpose of staying here- just to relax.

The spa provided a place to shower and change before we left after checking out. The main restaurant had an excellent and comprehensive breakfast buffet and great meal service for lunch and dinner. The Italian restaurant on property was equally impressive.

Perfect location and the beautiful nature makes this hotel top hotel in Thailand. The staff was really-really nice , not just pretending the kindness. The breakfast was superb! My favourite spot was the beach lounge under the trees (umbrella beach) near the Grotto restaurant. Do not miss the thai cooking class!

It can be very busy with the long tail boats & people queuing but if you walk further along to the left there are sun beds you can rent for the day. Bars & cafes are very good. Lots of massage areas & clean toilets you can pay 20 baht to use

The view is the only thing that is good on this really dated, not well managed place. Access over land is via the jungle - a fight with the neighboring property results in this. Access via boot is ok, but dangerous with waves.

Lovely peaceful area.

Lovely peaceful area. You must hire a scooter and visit all the beaches in the south. Watch out for monkeys here and there. Recommend A visit to old town and join a diving trip to snorkel. We saw sharks!

Railay Beach is a gorgeous place to visit on your trip to Thailand, its much more relaxed than most resort areas. Tends to attract quite a few backpackers as there is a good selection of reasonable accommodation. Many people from all over the world and easy to access islands for boat trips daily. You can only get there by boat so has a really nice laid back vibe and the main event is usually the sunsets every evening. The beach is good to watch the stars from after dark. Quite magical.

On a rainy day it is boring as f... Very early morning at sunrise is the best time to walk on the beach and take pics. There are very few small shops and mostly mediocre restaurants and massage places

I’m completely biased.

I’m completely biased. I loved everything and everyone involved in the place. No favourite thing. Many favourite things. Jungle, sea, boats cars tuk tuk and all. Most importantly I had the best guided tours on offer. Thank you. One and all. Appreciated and greatful ❤️

Although the staff and location are great.

Although the staff and location are great. They double charged for our room as we reserve through Booking with our Credit Card but then we paid cash( yes I kept the receipt) then later after I reviewed my statement they had charged my CC. I reached out to them 1st per bookings police’s but they didn’t respond. I spent hours on the phone with booking uploading documentation, etc and still nothing is resolved. I am also frustrated with Booking!

Because of tides much of the beach disappeared during the day so you need to be at the right location at the beach to be able to lie on it. Be aware that the bottom can be a bit rough in some parts. Very nice beach otherwise and there is a relaxing wibe overall on the island. We had very good food and there is a fair amount of places to chose from

I didn’t visit Ao Nang Beech I only went there to get a ferry to Railay beach which I found very pleasant. The only criticism I have is that there wasn’t any bins for people to dispose of there rubbish.
