I loved the local breakfast sweets, nature and kind people. It was such a beautiful experience. I felt safe and comfortable. The hot shower and cold aircon was amazing and it's an easy bike ride to Ao Nang or next to the North Wall if you're into climbing.

This is the nicest place we have stayed at in Thailand. It’s in a quiet area, about 15 minute walk or 5min scooter-ride from the beach, right in the jungle.The hotel is new and very well kept, the pool and our room (bungalow) were amazing. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, they invited us to dinner multiple times and the food was delicious. Breakfast was cooked on demand and you could tell them your preferences. Whenever we stayed by the pool we got snacks like coconuts brought to us. Communication in English was a little tricky but together we made it work just fine. If you are ever in the area you should definitely stay here.

Our stay in Hotel Adam in Ao nang was just perfect! We felt welcomed and spoiled from the very beginning, the staff is always smiling and friendly and they go out of their way to make everyone feel special. The facility is great, we booked a room with pool which we used to refresh from the hot weather but we enjoyed the rooftop and ground floor pools ad well. Breakfast was AMAZING - i have never seen so much variety in a buffet breakfast. I highly recommend it! We had a great experience with their Karos Spa too: the massages were really high quality in a super relaxing atmosphere. A special heartfelt thanks to Queen, Wall’s, Nolny and Kaew: they truly made us feel at home! We give Hotel Adam and its staff our highest recommendation :) Best, Silvia and Stefan

I totally recommend this hotel! As it’s great place to stay and totally value for money. The hotel is new and in a great condition. It has a beautiful Garten and the room is stayed in was new and specious. The owner, Eddy, was extremely nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is great if you are planning to commute with a scooter. As it’s between Long Beach and Beautiful Beach Or more south parts of the island. Allowing quick access to both and to some great restaurants and coffee places around.

Nice owner, nice staff. Central but quiet location, modern and clean rooms. You can hire scooters on site and there is a communal area which is constantly being expanded. Had a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

Location is amazing! Beautifull beach. In the morning there is some trash one the beach from tide but staff will clean it up every morning. Food is very good! They can make every dish also vegetarian with tofu :) and the milkshakes are really nice :) Staff is great! We also did the 4 island tour which was amazing! You can book this tour at hotel. We had room on beach which is amazing! Will defenitly go back again :)

I didn’t visit Ao Nang Beech I only went there to get a ferry to Railay beach which I found very pleasant. The only criticism I have is that there wasn’t any bins for people to dispose of there rubbish.

The view is the only thing that is good on this really dated...

The view is the only thing that is good on this really dated, not well managed place. Access over land is via the jungle - a fight with the neighboring property results in this. Access via boot is ok, but dangerous with waves.

If you are not a "night bird" or "party fun", you like empty...

If you are not a "night bird" or "party fun", you like empty beautifull sand beaches in the morning, like to swim, if you like dinners on the beach and observing sunsets, if you are not afraid of scooter ride (eventhough they drive on the left side in most cases they understand your frustration on the road and are repairing your mistakes with a smile), if you like cold beer, smoothies, fresh fruit and thai specalties...this is a place. You can be arranged for daily trips to coral reefs, kayaking among mangrove trees, fishing trips ect if you want to. Iqos smokers and wine consumers are somehow handicaped, (since I am both) but you can complement those habits with many other "toys"

I took an island hop long tail boat ride on New Year’s Day. It was a zoo. Couldn’t take any photos without a ton of people everywhere. I won’t go to krabi again on new years Day. Monkey beach was nice. Railay beach was very crowded and Aenang Beach was better but very crowded. O wouldn’t go again on a holiday. Good in Krabi is better

Railay Beach is a gorgeous place to visit on your trip to Thailand, its much more relaxed than most resort areas. Tends to attract quite a few backpackers as there is a good selection of reasonable accommodation. Many people from all over the world and easy to access islands for boat trips daily. You can only get there by boat so has a really nice laid back vibe and the main event is usually the sunsets every evening. The beach is good to watch the stars from after dark. Quite magical.

On a rainy day it is boring as f... Very early morning at sunrise is the best time to walk on the beach and take pics. There are very few small shops and mostly mediocre restaurants and massage places

I’m completely biased.

I’m completely biased. I loved everything and everyone involved in the place. No favourite thing. Many favourite things. Jungle, sea, boats cars tuk tuk and all. Most importantly I had the best guided tours on offer. Thank you. One and all. Appreciated and greatful ❤️

Although the staff and location are great.

Although the staff and location are great. They double charged for our room as we reserve through Booking with our Credit Card but then we paid cash( yes I kept the receipt) then later after I reviewed my statement they had charged my CC. I reached out to them 1st per bookings police’s but they didn’t respond. I spent hours on the phone with booking uploading documentation, etc and still nothing is resolved. I am also frustrated with Booking!

Because of tides much of the beach disappeared during the day so you need to be at the right location at the beach to be able to lie on it. Be aware that the bottom can be a bit rough in some parts. Very nice beach otherwise and there is a relaxing wibe overall on the island. We had very good food and there is a fair amount of places to chose from

Ao Nang Beach itself is nice, but there is SOOOO much...

Ao Nang Beach itself is nice, but there is SOOOO much traffic in the street, so not very relaxing. The best Ao Nang activity for me was to go to Railey Beach (10 minute boat ride) and enjoy the beautiful scenery, peace and quiet despite the many other tourists. The fact that there is no cars or motorcycles made it very peaceful, and in some beaches there would be no long-tail boats at all. A beautiful place. Also, price levels were pretty much the same as in Ao Nang.
