We stayed on the 6th floor so we had a little view, the place was very clean, bed was supercomfy, staff was accommodating and helpful.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel after having tried quite few others in Krabi Town in the past 20 years. You get excellent value for what you pay in this hotel category. The staff was lovely and always ready to help. I found the entire place sparkling clean. The hotel’s location meant that it was quiet but in walking distance to the centre. The room was spacious and provided fridge, aircon, hairdryer, kettle, complimentary water/coffee/tea. Tge pool was clean and there was a sufficient number of sunbeds. I will definitely cone back next season.

The location is great. Close to the river and a short walk into town. The pool at the hotel was really nice and we enjoyed the comfort of the room especially because it rained the first day all day.

I had the most amazing stay here. They’re cleaning the room everyday if you’d want to. The hosts Chai & Mai are the sweetest and very helpful if you’ve some questions. If you’d like to go on tours, I recommend you to book it with them because you’ll get a great discount! Location is perfect near the night markets. Would definitely come back here if I’m at Krabi 😇

The hotel was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The lady who welcomed us was extremely kind and always willing to help with any questions we had. She also helped us book excursions at very good prices. The hotel is located in Krabi town, about a 20-minute drive from the beach.

The staff were soooo friendly and always ready to help and so easygoing! Everything is possible and this hostel feels like a hotel!

This place is a gem! Nothing super out of the ordinary, but it was incredibly convenient, spacious, super well located and the staff very friendly and lovely! I would totally recommend it and I would definitely go back here.

We arrived late at night and the staff at the reception greeted us with kindness and patience. Check in process was very quick. Our room was bigger than expected and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable too. The next morning we were allowed to check out a little bit later which made our lives easier (travelling with baby). Amazing experience, will definitely use this hotel again when we are back in Krabi.

Loved our stay at The Brown Hotel. Located near lots of great food places, a 7-Eleven right outside and a very short walk to the river and small mall too. The hotel staff are wonderful especially Fon the receptionist and our housekeeping lady who were both so warm, attentive, smiley, caring and hardworking. The rooms are very clean, comfy beds, great aircon and they even kindly upgraded us to a bigger room so they could upgrade the one we were staying in with a new TV. Their laundry service was very handy too. Wonderful place to stay if you're visiting Krabi town.
