I think that, as much as New York, Bangkok doesn't seem to sleep! Lots going on everywhere, from the temples, to tours, landmarks, shops, markets, floating markets, there is too much to do in Bangkok and never enough time. Riding the tuk-tuk in the crazy Bangkok traffic, going on the boats through the various temples and markets. Cheap food, cheap hotels. I recommend you make a visit to the Lebua Hotel rooftop bar (where they filmed the movie Hangover 2) for one of the best views over the entire of Bangkok. Beware of walking the streets at night though......there are many giant cockroaches and lots of rats as well....it can be a very dirty city. Still loved it though!
Hotel location very good...the room WiFi very very bad.Staff very good..room temperature can't adjust..so neither hot nor cold..can't sleep well because need to wake up to put the temperature off and on..Staff very good
Bangkok is a city that never sleeps. You can get in Bangkok anything you want. There are so many very good restaurants where you eat real nice food and this around the clock and for very affordable price. Of course there are very expensive Hotels too, when compared to the Hotels in Europe and specially in Switzerland, where they ,ostly charge the room rates per person, then you really can get a Hotel room in a 5* Hotel and you don't pay more!
Hotel was close to a train station and huge shopping centre, Paragon on Siam. Don't like the stinky smell in hotel room and Bangkok. Like blocked sewage or drain pipes!!! Think the hotel or tourism board should fix the problem.
In the year more than 5 or 6 times I travel to Bangkok. I will have Breakfast in the hotel and sometime dinner if I like room dining menu. Yes Bangkok is the easiest city to get around. Just go around and relax in the Hotel so that the reason I would like to have more staffs care and facilities.
- We stay at The Davis Bangkok. The hotel was nice and the staffs were very helpful. Location wise, it was 1.1km from the nearest BTS (Phrom Pong). Hotel provided free shuttle service to Phrom Pon. - For Muslim traveller: There is halal Nadimos Lebanese Restaurant near to the hotel. The food was great but the portion was quite small. - Refresh@24 Spa, not far from the hotel - very professional masseurs. They have male therapist if you are not comfortable being massaged by opposite gender. - Get daily BTS ticket if you plan to commute using BTS. There is a lot of attractive place near each BTS Station (e.g. Siam Station - MBK Mall (have Halal Food Court), Siam Paragon, Madamme Tussaud, Ocean World, or go to BTS Saphan Thaksin and ride free shuttle boat to Asiatique Riverfront!) - Muslim Prayer Room available at some of the shopping mall, and also in the airport.

I love this hotel. I'm going to the east. (Thailand and Philippines) 2-3 times a year. And at least 1.5 months in Bangkok. This hotel have the best location. Near to all the good big shopping centers. And direct entrance from the hotel to MBK. the staff from the manager to to roommaid and to the guards are fantastic. The public areas are very nice and welcoming. The breakfast just great. Have everything you can think of. And the price.... fair enough. . Each time I stay here between 3 to 4 weeks. And just feel like home.

Stayed at Maxim’s Inn for 4 days, room on 2nd floor, not noisy even with bars alongside the street, at first i was worried about the noise and people on the bar street but in the morning and afternoon they were all quiet and closed. Room was tidied by friendly housekeeping staffs everyday, the room itself is not a huge but very fair for the price that I paid. Location of the hotel is very convenient, 1 minute walk to Nana BTS, 711 right next to the BTS station, would come back for budget quick trip to Bangkok.

The young family that runs this hostel is in it with its heart- and it shows! Comfortable Rooms, good bathroom, excellent location and most importantly the most pleasant and helpful staff that goes out of its way to make your time in Bangkok even just a little better- way beyond what could reasonably be expected and I have seen in other hotels or hostels in Thailand. In one word: stop looking and start booking 😀.

2nights3Days stay at The Spades Hostel was absolutely wonderful. Spacious room, very comfortable and cozy bed with personal locker, night lamp and curtain and like everything about this place is superb. Location is quite good esp. Just a 10-minute walk to downtown. Will never book and stay at a 3star hotel with private bath room bla blah when I visit bangkok in future because hostels >> hotels.

It is a classic hotel along the Choapraya ( King ) River in Bangkok. It is a land mark hotel of Bangkok along with Shia Gri La and Oriental hotel. One could see the river, the furries, the barges up and down along the river. Then the hotel has nice shuttle boat to hover along those 2 hotels and new shopping mall Iconsiam. If one has only 2 days and one night then this the hotel I highly recommend.

It was clean and spacious. This is my 2nd visit and also 2nd time staying at the same hotel which is Marriott Bangkok. The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly especially Ms. Ammy, Guest Relation Officer. It is also a very clean and well-layout hotel with facilities in the room well-designed. I’m definitely recommending this to my Friends.

It is located 2 mins walk from the big swing and is ideal for friends going on holiday as in Bangkok hotels are only good for sleep and the rest of days for discovering.staff are helpful and friendly.Room was clean. The rooms are cleaned every three days. Once can do their own laundry as they have a laundry room-perfect for people on long stay!
8.4 Very good 163 reviews
At only 600 Baht/night, this was by far the nicest, cleanest hotel I’ve visited in Bangkok anywhere near its price. The room was fairly spacious, the beds comfy, and the shower high-pressure and hot. The staff, too, were lovely and accommodating. A similar room near Khao San Road, for example, would cost you at least 3-4 times as much.
8.3 Very good 598 reviews
The hotel is located very central in Silom. Supermarket is across the the street, and an amazing street food around the corner. Comfortable room, very clean, good view. I didn't book breakfast so cannot say anything about the food at the hotel. I highly recommend Silom City hotel and will book there again, next time I come to Bangkok.

This hotel is 7 stars hotel. I've been in few hotels in Thailand and in Bangkok. This one is the best it the City. The location is great. In the heart of Bangkok but still quite places. Inside the atmosphere relaxing like in the islands. The staff just great. . All very clean . Beautiful room and lobby. I just loved this hotel

The staff is amazing. The most friendly and understanding staff compliment in all of Thailand and I have stayed at a few hotels in Thailand. The level of English is also very high and that makes things alot easier when communicating. Can't wait to stay here again and think I have found my home when visiting Bangkok in the future.

Good breakfast, great selection of different cuisines. Really enjoyed the views both from the top of the hotel and from the room. The markets and shops around the hotel gave us one last opportunity to feel the local Bangkok vibe before leaving for airport. Also the Airport Link is a big plus.

Location. A decent breakfast. Although we paid half day price for an early check in which other hotels in Bangkok don’t mostly, they forgot about us and they were too busy when we called ro ask for late check out so we got away without paying for a lare check out.

Nick’s service is top class. He gave us a trip plan to visit Bangkok and a good direction to go to that places. He is funny and friendly as he was telling lots of stories about Thailand culture. Hotel is very clean and comfortable with a cheap price for laundry.

Ideally located in the newer part of Bangkok, near to a terminal 21. Easy to reach between both airports. Staff were very friendly, hotel is spotless, room comfortable and breakfast was great, the best we had in Thailand.

Best service! Clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for our last night stay in Bangkok. After traveling Thailand for 2 weeks and staying at not so great hotels, Novotel was breath of fresh air

It’s one of my favorite places to stay in Bangkok. Have stayed here several times and the pool and food are great. The great price doesn’t mean hostel. It’s a hotel and they are so great.
