Whether it's spa pampering, sunbathing next to the pool or sampling delicious fresh Dim Sum, Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square has it all. The location was perfect, next to the metro station, and many food outlets and 7-Eleven. Room was spacious, with many seating options (I chose the corner queen bedroom) + checking in and out process was very fast. Lobby area was entertaining for both adults and kids. There’s a luggage bags shop which was very convenient to have in the lobby (for someone who suddenly needed an extra bag because of all the shopping they did 🤣) and due to have many luggage bags we needed a van which would fit everything in once it was time to head to the airport so Novotel provided a spacious fancy van (at an extra cost of course)

With a short walk from Phrom Phong BTS Station and a few steps from The Emporium Shopping Mall, SKYVIEW Hotel Bangkok offers accommodation with complimentary WiFi throughout and free private parking... First of all, much thanks to Ms PEA, at the check in desk. Checking in process was a breeze, as usual but she went one better, with a complimentary upgrade to a suite. Her personal touch even after we checked in to the suite to ensure all were good is a touch of class. Compass Skyview should be proud of having such a staff on board. It was only a quick overnight trip to Bangkok on our way back from Bhutan but having a couple of drinks at Mojo was well worth it. Music selection was really good and its a wonder that there are not many people there on a Friday night.

The view of the city from the hotel was incredible!!! The foods and buffet at the hotel are really taste good. The room is really nice and clean to stay in while you’re on a trip. It feel lke you’re living at home. Overall, in my opion I think the hotel is really a good place to stay. RECOMMANDED!! 5/5
Hotel location very good...the room WiFi very very bad.Staff very good..room temperature can't adjust..so neither hot nor cold..can't sleep well because need to wake up to put the temperature off and on..Staff very good
Bangkok is a city that never sleeps. You can get in Bangkok anything you want. There are so many very good restaurants where you eat real nice food and this around the clock and for very affordable price. Of course there are very expensive Hotels too, when compared to the Hotels in Europe and specially in Switzerland, where they ,ostly charge the room rates per person, then you really can get a Hotel room in a 5* Hotel and you don't pay more!
Hotel was close to a train station and huge shopping centre, Paragon on Siam. Don't like the stinky smell in hotel room and Bangkok. Like blocked sewage or drain pipes!!! Think the hotel or tourism board should fix the problem.
This is a big city and it is crowded. Expect heavy trafic jams and delays. BUT This is fantastic too because : - you have so many amazing temples and architecture that you could just love it (except grand palace which is absolutely nice but too much crowded and tourists treated like cows) - the food everywhere in the streets (mostly are safe even if you think it is dirty it is not) you have to try everything you can it tastes most of the time great!! - Some architectures places to visit and history (Jim Thompson house for instance, the Throne Hall) - Shopping : go to Chatuchak Market (only open during week ends) and if you don't find what you want I would be surprised there are almost everything that is for sale in Thailand, quality can vary so choose carefully and negotiate hard (you can bargain in most of the shops but not all) and always smile - Big mall also in center of the city like Platinum Mall but only if you like this kind of places - very easy to travel inside with cheap taxis (taxi meter always ask, if they refuse take another one or another one, you will find one), tuk tuk is fun but pollution is hard (price bargain hard), sky train a good option - exceptional Hotels, resorts or boutique hotels for a price you will almost never find it in the rest of Asia ! so treat yourself
You can go near the city about 60km to tigers farm to feed and play and go for an elephant ride. The city has nice malls and you must visit the Baiyoke sky Hotel Tower2 for a great view and dinner. And don't miss the temples! The streets are very crowded! On the sidewalk everybody sells something including food with heavy smell!
Everything was as described. The best thing is the staff, all of them are helpful and respectful all the time. Also, the breakfast was excellent and there were variety of options even for vegetarian options. The room was very clean, good space, comfortable. The restaurant have multiple excellent options with reasonable prices. The hotel located next to 711 and a metro station. I strongly recommend this hotel.
We enjoyed staying here very much, our room was as we expected, staff was helpful in many situations. A rooftop bar was impressing us very deeply all time we spent up there. It absolutely does worth to see it, prices for drinks around 30 euros are OK for such a outstanding place because this place is Rolls Royce.
Great location, beautiful hotel and the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. The staff were extremely helpful and as the hotel is right next to the sky train it was perfect for a sightseeing holiday.
Everything was just perfect- the staff is amazingly nice, the check in experience, the room size, cleaning, the view, the detailes, the atmosphere. It was above and beyond my expectations. Thanks!
feels like home , the location is perfect .... near shopping malls etc. the service is great.... the restaurant Nan Bei and the Bar Lennon is so good... must try! :)
In the middle of a shopping area, two metro stations just a walk away, takes 1hr30 to the airport by metro (one time to interchange), 20mins to famous Lotus Skybar.
